Also, are opponents mucked showdown hands gonna be shown sometime soon in the new client? Since it's shown in the old one (according to posters ITT) those that are using new one are at disadvantage.

Yes, we will reinstate the ability to see mucked hands at showdown, although I don't have a specific timeframe for this currently.

In the new client no, this functionality is planned for Q1 next year. In the old client you can use the Raked Hands checker in 'My Account' to see how many hands you played.

Why do you want to change the fundamentals of poker? Game is based on playing the player and to be able to take notes. Colour coding doesn't serve any function if a player can change their alias every 5 hour of play.

The new software is not going to help you, its terrible and very slow on old computers. The old poker client is perfect for me and I want to keep it. I play at Betsafe .

Please make us choose which one we want to play at, or MPN will be history for me. Thanks.

I agree that for a freshly created software it is surprisingly really really bad.

Lack of features aside, seems like whoever created it has never played any poker nor has any understanding of what simply looks good. Or was it programmed by a child?

Anyway, it looks and feels like an amateur project from the 80's. Another newcomers software that is currently in beta is lightyears ahead by look and feel. And they were both created around the same time.

MPN better clean it up, otherwise it won't be able to compete.

Well I can say that rios clien't aint lightyears ahead to mpns. Both of them have serious issues atm.

Sure, but I was specifically referring to the feel and look. Everyone I spoke to where amazed by how crisp the graphics were, the quality of animations, sounds etc.

As far as functionality goes they are still in beta so it's premature to judge.

MPN's client on the other hand is not obviously. I really hope there are MAJOR functional and aesthetic improvements on the way.

Yeah they seem to be Russian bots, Redstar has been very friendly towards the Russian market but not anymore. Anyway it will not help to complain here, the poker rooms can do as they want, keeping a big balance there is never a good idea.

We take Game Integrity very seriously. If you feel we've got something wrong, in the first instance you should contact your poker room. If not satisfied with the response, the poker room may refer you to an Alternate Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider. If you're still not happy, you may log a complaint with the poker room's regulator.

Fix "tile tables" plsss...
For a software that is not designed for mass multitabling its ironic that this feature assumes im gonna fill my big ass monitor with tables and puts all 3-4 tables super small in top left part...

@Alex i hope you guys keep both clients classic and new because the new client is not up to par. I hope that readjusting of the tables still will be an option?

I play regularly the Fish Party sngs and the color tag wont work for both players. I can only tag one. Anyone had this problem too?

The simple answer is that there are 50+ poker networks where you can endlessly track your opponents, and most of these are not doing well. We want to be different.

The classic client will remain available for Windows until we have made significant improvements to the new client.

General comments don't help us, but specific comments are invaluable. If you read back this thread you will see we've responded to much of this feedback already,.

The classic client is no longer available on Mac. It is only available on Windows.

At the moment, tournaments where registration has closed are not visible in the new client unless you have played in them. This complies with Swedish regulations. In future, we will make it possible to observe tournaments in more situations.

@Alex i meant re adjusting the table sizes, like the guy said with option tile so you can adjust the size to your favourable size. I heard it wasnt working very well. So i hope thats still an option, because i use placemint to put the tables into slots and if you cant adjust the size its worthless.

You can adjust the table sizes yes. The new software automatically remembers your layout, so once you've arranged your tables, future sessions will open with the same layout.
