Hi i won on party poker 35k and its benn 4 days since i wait for aproval today morning i got email 10k was aproved and sent to my bank account. I log in after that to my acount and all payments was reversed included 10ki got email of aproved funds.all is back in my acount.party poker said they need more time to investigate but i am fed up i wait already 4 days and they reverse it without explanation .what should i do should i get lawyer ..ihate these cheese practice

Yes you should hire a lawyer and take this case to the internet pokers court.

Face the facts, you have no power to make them give you anything. So, you should negotiate from a position of weakness, not strength. Ask them to explain in writing what caused them to take the steps they took.

Get them to tell you how to go about getting your winnings. Step 1, Step 2, Step 3. Follow all their directions carefully. Keep all correspondence. Date. Time. In exactly in one place.

I don't know anything about PP, but if you go making accusations of fraud it might not go well for you.

Everything resolved got the cash. And i dont make fraud acusation but i find it unprofesional and cheese practice to hold your money for a week without any actual explanation.but yes you right that i couldnt do mutch about it.but it end up well.

You're joking right? There's literally a thread on the front page of this forum right now showing party cheats winning players out of COs/BTNs in fastforward games. Combine this with previous sketchy practices from segregating player pools without announcing it to using house bots in tournaments and you have anything but a reputable site.

Party doesn't give a **** about your 35k or the interest (what interest btw? Where can I get interest on a 35k balance plz let me know).

What they don't want is to get ass-fisted by a regulatory fee, so they spend some extra time verifying your account, the win, and they payment details and complying with AML/ATF regulations.

hello.. if you're cashing out a massive sum for the first time, they probably do more work approving stuff. I want to love party.. great people behind the scenes, better than most site cashout speeds to canada.. WPT and everything else... maybe i just suck too much for life. After 12 years of beating low stakes plo, for like a year and a half i haven't got a good run sitting down. I know you need hands spread out over time online, and my play is more live, but wtf is this **** with never cashing out playing plo. NEVER?!??! before covid, this death run set in. LOL.
