Zoo threads to be read.
If you (genuinely) think a thread in this forum is particularly interesting, please provide a link to it, so that casual visitors can enjoy their visit to the Zoo.
Thank you.

GrannyMae's well. Unfortunately I can not post a link
Feel free to edit/delete/whatever you want with this post if this is real. I love the zoo

Edit/MH: It was here, but GM asked MS to delete it. It could be undeleted, with GM's permission.

Cliffs:
1. OP requests cash out but has to wait ten days
2. Loses 20k on blackjack instead of waiting ten days
3. Asks 2P2 for help getting blackjack loses back

I see your +1 and raise you a +1.
That was one of the first threads I read upon becoming a member here.
It was quite the eye-opener.

this was a bad situation, but RW's (evil rw not good rw) antics are almost worth the price of admission.
ill look for one later, but any of the half dozen or so cmoneymaker self-ownage threads is worth a mention.

It's hard to describe and it's a pity he asked for it to be deleted - but it was pretty personal and things change in your life where stuff like that is probably best left off public forums.
It was just very open and honest and personal as I said and as GM has asked it be deleted I don't think it's fair to share exactly what was in it, as that defeats the purpose of him asking it to be deleted.
GM has been playing since the early days of PartPoker and so has old stories from both those days as well as early 2+2 days. The name is derived from the famous Q5 hand.
If you shove it one day and pull of a great bluff, speak his name out loud in his honour!! LOL. I think a certain kind of suit would be appropriate - If I remeber correctly it was blackish?
Sorry to tease you guys but it was a great read and got me very interested in this forum. Oh he curses like a MF too which is always nice. Can I say MF?
*
Edit/MH: The GrannyMae hand, Qs5s, was named in honour of GrannyMae. It was (is?) thought to be the best hand possible, and, for perfect play, it must be raised at every opportunity during a hand; with "GrannyMae!" being typed into the chatbox when it won - which it invariably did.

I got a direct response to one of my posts from Mason - of course, I post first and think of founders, mods later.
My image of this 2p2 as contributing to the Poker World grows in leaps and bounds (more than when I just started as perusal for learning).
If they are allowed to really interact (and it will be a mad house for Cereus for a few months - look at the Pokerstars Changes to Buy In thread), this would weed out IF THEY are really interested in the community, or if its more of a PR/Spam stunt.

It's the nickname for the Internet Poker Forum.
Many years ago, a popular poster called davidross, writing in the Small Stakes Forum, said he "wouldn't go into that zoo" to post, and the nickname stuck.
