I think given the Covid situation,PS will have series every month.Maybe one micro,one highroller and then SCOOP in Apr-May.

Hey guys. Has anyone had any issues with withdrawing funds from pokerstars.es ? Its been second week now that i made a withdrawal from this site that said the funds will be available in next 72hours and there's nothing. Contacted support about this issue but they even didn't bother replaying it for a few days now. Should i be worried?

I found an old, uncashed, somewhat large (over $5000) check that I believe was from Bodog when I played on there. The company that cut the check was JBL/Lawson Finance out of Alphratta GA. I tried to call their number that was on the check and its a bad number now. I Googled them and didnt find much. The check is dated Jan 4 2008.

Am I out of luck here? Any suggestions would be great. Im trying to find a contact number for Bovada.

Around that time they were sending out a lot of bad checks and that name sounds kind of familiar. There is a good chance they told you it was no good and sent you a new one. Why else would you just toss $5k to the side?

It's usually when someone makes withdrawals, particularly if they win big, that the sites check accounts thoroughly. Up until that stage they don't appear to think there's a lot of point spending time checking too much, if at all.

A check stale dates after 6 months.

Everything I read stated in Pennsylvania at least, a new account was a requirement. As I understand it, it's a requirement of our State Gambling Law and we also had to provide our SS# (last 4 of it in my case). I contacted support at Black Chip Poker after having ran into a bot. They told me that they can't tell me the result of their findings because of their privacy policy. I found this really disturbing because that only protects the cheater.

Then I moved to WSOP.com because I live in Las Vegas and I contacted support about possible collusion and they told me the same thing WPN did. They told me they can't give me any details of their findings because of their privacy policy. I immediately cashed out of my funds because I am not going to play on a site that would allow cheating to go on. Not reporting their findings is super shady to me.

Does anyone else feel this way? To me it tells me that they aren't going to investigate anything and could care less about cheating on their site. If there is something that I'm not seeing that would give them a valid reason to do this, please let me know. Thanks

Well, yes, the privacy policy is only going to protect one person at a time. And it's an understandable policy - a site that outted player's names because the site believed they were cheating would likely be violating privacy laws in many jurisdictions. However, that doesn't necessarily mean they can't give you *any* information.

I don't see how these two things are automatically linked. Not giving you info doesn't necessarily mean they will allow cheating to go on.

I assume you mean couldn't care less, and no, I don't agree that's what it tells you. It's certainly a possibility, but not a foregone conclusion.

I think you need to separate out what it is you want them to tell you. If you want the person's name to be outted, you're not likely going to get satisfaction, and for good reason. If you want to know exactly what Player X did and how they were caught, the site might also have legitimate security reasons, not wanting to tip their hand to other cheaters. Now, if all you want is for the site to let you know that they investigated player X and found that he was botting, or colluding, or that they didn't find evidence of cheating, I think that's a legitimate request. There may be good reasons why the site would be unwilling to reveal even that info, but I have to admit they're not completely clear to me.

The first two examples I gave (outting real names, and revealing specific info about the cheating), most (likely all) sites will not give you. The last example of simply giving the results of an investigation, seems to vary greatly from site to site.

Hello not sure what forum to put this in so thought I'd put it here and a mod could move it to the right section, so Pokerstars recently decided to impose a deposit limit on my account which i had no agreement 2, i was on my 5th bonus offer that they have running where you rake 5k points which is the equivalent of raking $1000(already completed 4 this month $4000 worth of raked this month) and your receive $400 back when the challenge is completed. now the problem has came, i deposit and withdraw frequently and i had busted the last dollars in my account so i go to Redeposit and see that i am deposit limited and now i can't complete my bonus is there anything i can do?
they don't reply to emails either its been days and i haven't had word.

Sounds like your account got flagged because of your deposit and withdrawals lately. My friend had the same thing happen with Stars saying it was because of their "responsible gaming guidelines". BTW they are taking 6 weekes between replys for him so your probably ****ed bud.

i only had 1.5k points to go which i would have cleared in like 5-6 hours do you think they will compensate?
