Does anyone have any clue what I do? Still heard nothing back from Stars. I'm pretty sure they're happy to re-open the account from all the contact I did have, but they haven't actually done it and don't respond to anything, even to say they won't re-open.

I know that they're busy with lots of queries, but I feel like when they block my account (for not really a great reason, although I get it) and say it will be reopen when I respond, they should probably reopen it when I respond!

Gonna guess no, but is there any thread stars are actually responding in? Need to remove and old withdrawal method before making a new one, a few weeks, few emails and a twitter DM later and still heard nothing lol. Solid start by them I suppose to keep me donating but still

I've been trying to withdraw from the poker star account for more than 30 days and I'm not getting it. When requested, the withdrawal occurs normally, however, after a few minutes the money returns to the site and I receive an email indicating that the withdrawal was denied.
I don't know how to proceed anymore, I've tried everything and nothing works, however, strange that deposits enter normally. That sucks. I hope you help me

I am not able to withdraw my money from the site and this is making me a little irritated and insecure with the site, as deposits come in normally, but when withdrawing I encounter problems and when I seek help with support, I am not served, because, no one answers my emails. I have already sent my correct documentation and did everything I believe is necessary, however, my withdrawals are denied. I make the right request and after a few minutes comes an email with the message of rejected request. I hope you can help me. Att

Poker Star site, sorry I didn't describe it before, but my language is Portuguese, I don't speak English and therefore I have to keep translating on the internet, so I thought the forum was only about the poker star.

You will need to contact PS support and talk to them about it.

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone else had experienced this and had managed to get a response recently. I was told it was due to the need to verify my identity, but having sent the documentation in, any further efforts to contact PokerStars has had no reply. Anyone had any luck with this recently, or recommend any course of action? Have emailed and tried Twitter/FB.

Hi I've been playing 10 and 16nl zoom on Stars. Most if not all of the Japanese players accounts on pokerstars seem to have similar style of play, they all play very fast and unusual and there's an inordinate amount of said accounts playing at one time. Is it worth bothering contacting pokerstars with some vague suspicion of collusion or wrongdoing going on?

My situation is similar. Reading posts in this forum I can see that a lot of people have frozen accounts with no reason or no explanation.

My account was frozen 6 days ago, I have requested to be self-excluded from playing for 12 hours on pokerstars.es username: JuanIgnacio777. Now my accounts were frozen and I cannot log in. Also, have pokerstars.eu account.
Pokerstarts support is silent, sending them maybe 10 emails. 0 response.

I see that contacting PokerStars Dylan can help solve this problem. I am new here and I can't send him a private message. I would be grateful for any help

At least you requested to be self-excluded, I was self-excluded without even asking to be self-excluded! Also waiting for over a week now. I have had some contact with Dylan, but tbh it sounds like they're so busy that it's not really going to help speed things up.

Event their twitter account is ignoring (my perfectly friendly) messages to them, even though they are answering messages sent by other people on the same day and later...it just seems completely random about when or whether they will ever fix things for me.

It's funny, I assumed when I responded to their e-mail with the requested response that I would probably be using my account that day, now I'm not even expecting to be able to use it this weekend, nearly 2 weeks after the problem.

This is definitely not happening in the slightlest, I just got a reponse from a query I sent them literally 30 days later Its one thing to delay responses in customer service, and not not even have a system to automatically assigns case numbers to you query and acknowledges receipt via automated email, but to still claim you have 24/7 customer support and to get back to clients after 30 days with zero communication is appalling.

Would like to see if any others have similar stories.
