Is someone looking into filing a formal complaint against Pokerstars for their failure to process customer service requests and security investigations within a reasonable time frame?

I doubt anyone has, and doubt anyone will. Posters on Twoplustwo seem more interested in complaining and whining into cyberspace than actually doing anything material.

Depending on where you live, you might complain to the Maltese regulator, a local regulator (eg, UK, Estonian, etc) or just make a complaint to a local small claims court etc.

Forgive my skepticism. I registered on this website 15 years ago, and the ratio of {people who whine and post about stuff on here} to {people who actually do something} is massive.

I'm up a little over 35k for the year on Pokerbros, playing PLO cash games 1/2 and some 2/4 and haven't had a losing month yet. If you spent the same amount of time studying as you do crying, you'd probably do a lot better as well.
