My old account is registered to an email from a company I used to own and run. I closed the company and shut down the email/website. How can I change the email on my other account to my current email.

Pokerstars PA banned my account for unusual recent activity lol. Maybe i lost a little too much but i am under the impression they cannot reverse this and I'll never be able to use the site again?

Please excuse me as this is my first post. I recently had my pokerstars pa account closed due to "unusual financial activity" aka I went on a massive downswing and kept reloading over a stretch of roughly 1 week.

I am under the impression my account is banned permanently and cannot create another? Is this correct?

I admittedly went on a massive downswing and deposited roughly $1k in a week or less after usually only depositing $100 periodically. They temporarily closed my account saying even if its not a financial issue, it might be problematic spending too much time on the site (weird as I was only playing long stretches on Fri&Sat night, surely others do the same).

Then I got a follow up email saying they chose to permanently close my account and cannot reopen for any reason.

What do you think about it? I am playing there soft cash games just for profit. Do you suppose it could be targeted to pro players to just leave them so only recs will stay? I dont know, but it seems very unconventional to want your source of income....to determine what, if I am broke, unemployed or just playing poker professionally and then ban me?

Home poker game moving online during covid-19 outbreak. Advice needed...

Just a brief question but I've asked PokerStars a couple of times to send over all my hands at a certain limit/timeframe (usually the last month or week or so) and for some reason they now say that they can no longer do that.

My understanding was they used to be more than happy to send you over the Hand Histories in a zip file which you could then enter into your HEM or PokerTracker as normal?

The frustrating thing though is they won't tell me why there's been a change or if and when they'll once again resume being able to send hand histories over.

Is it because of the virus? Is the feature likely to return?

Just wondered if anyone knew really. It's not the biggest deal in the World but I can't quite understand why they're no longer able to do it.

I haven been trying to get in contact with Pokerstars, but without any succes, for almost 2 weeks now. Tried multiple Pokerstars mail adresses and twitter, no response.

Almost 2 weeks ago, when i was trying to logon into my account, there came a pop-up which stated that my account is frozen, and that i need to contact Stars by e-mail.

I obviously immediately contacted stars, but as i saod, with no succes. I did not receive any correspondence regarding the reason of mu blocked/frozen account. Account has substantial funds in it.

Ridiculous way of business if you ask me. I obviously did not multi account or any other shady business with my account. Woth SCOOP coming i really want to use my account.

Does anyone have tips or advice regarding way of contacting Pokerstars?
