If you don't collude or so, you have no need to worry.
They have shitloads of mails now, due to corona.
It just takes like a week, instead of a day, to get answers now.

Had issues with chinese colluding at my games, like in Stud Hi and double or nothing SnG before, but it only took 4-5 days until i never saw 2 or more chinese at my table again, since then. Same as in Stud Hi cash, back then (many years ago).

For that, they instantly replied to me.

Hi,

Im playing and making withdrawals in ps since 3 years ago.

Last withdrawal was declined beacouse they ask to send the documents again.

I already did that at least 3 times. I sent via "contact us", via cashier@pokerstars.com and via support@pokerstars.com.

2 weeks and i dont have any answer of ps, do you know how i can do to make the withdrawal accepted?

I am having a bit of difficulties with a betting/poker site where they do not allow me the freedom to choose which method I can withdraw to.

I have deposited via 3 different methods (all cards).
Already withdrawn to all of them amounts higher than what has been deposited via them.

Now, site insists on me specifying how much I'd want to withdraw and they'll be the ones deciding where the money goes to. But it has to be to all three methods used to deposit money with according to some proportion rule they do not have an exact formula for.

In terms of service, there is nothing like this specified.

Anybody had experience with something similar?

A while back I messaged an RTA site about their software. I don't play poker anymore but as someone who works in software development was just curious about it from an engineering standpoint. Got a cold shoulder, that was that. Never heard from them again... until this

Are you using the withdrawal button in the cashier or dealing with your agent/affiliate directly? If I cash someone out directly, I might not have funds available on one specific card or option.

I've never heard of a withdrawal through your player cashier being an issue

I'm a regular of the Puzzles & Other Games (POG) subforum and I'm looking to revitalize our Werewolf Turbo community now that more people will be returning to POG and 2p2 in general.

Werewolf is a forum-based game of deception and strategy and comes in all kinds of variants. The turbo variety are 9-player games, lasting no longer than an hour. They are generally assisted by bot auto-moderators that makes learning your role and keeping track of vote counts easy and intuitive. In its prime, POG would run these games back to back all night most evenings.

Give them as much relevant info as possible, including your screenname, and they will probably DM you for more details.

I first contacted pokerstars 16 days ago to activate my account after it had been hacked 2 years back and i asked them to close my account. They asked me to send i.d and confirm my security account. I then sent what they asked for AND bought a new p.c and changed all my passwords etc. After 4 days to reply to my first reply it took them another 6 days to confirm my i.d etc was fine and gave me a new password and pin, great!

However whoever dealt with my case has not activated my account and im still "frozen". It has now been 4 days since i emailed them about this and 16 days in total!

Furthermore i wanted to play party poker also at same time and they asked me for i.d as i hadnt played in years and after i forwarded it they replied within 1 hour and i was good to go so STARS cannot blame the civid19 crisis for the mega long delay
Has anyone else had the same shockingly bad and slow replies from pokerstars?

I probably pay more rake a month than a salary is for a customer support person. I cannot get them to reply, they froze my account and are not responding. I sincerely hope this company goes bankrupt but what are the chances.

16 days to reply? Sound about right. Smaller sites have 100000 times less traffic, but they answer within an hour or even have live chat, which resolves issues on the spot. But no, this ****ing site..Makes more than a million in a single ****ing tournament but can't afford a decent customer service.

Sup peeps, been away from the tables for almost 7 years, just getting setup again with HEM3 on stars. Are scripts for stars still tableninja or starscash? Placemint or StackNTile still work for table management? Couldn't find much in the way of chip/card/table mods is fozzy still selling them (couldn't find the old site).

Hi,

I can not find any official PokerStars thread (are they not present on 2+2 anymore due their "attacks" on regs?), so I opened one.
I deactivated (froze) my account on PS a while ago because players from my country were not allowed to play on PS anymore but lately it seems this has changed, so almost a month ago I contacted support@starsaccount.eu to reactivate (unfreeze) my account but this became a mission impossible. After some waiting I got some reply but I am not sure if it was even legit, with no PS brand tags or name of a guy who answered me and they answered from different email address extensions (once net, once com, etc.), but still I did provide what they were asking and than nothing from them again. I wrote them few more times and after a while I got almost same reply (as it is some auto response) and again nothing from them after that. They are completely ignorant and unprofessional especially for such a brand (a lot of requests it is not an excuse for such a "behave" IMO).
Do anyone have any info on PS, what is going on, how to contact them so they will reply?

Read some of the posts in this thread.

The bottom line is that after they closed numbers of their Support Depts throughout the world they don't seem to be able to provide an any way reasonable speed of response and you simply have to wait until they get round to your case. Usually about 2 or 3 weeks. Sending reminder e-mails only adds to their backlog.

I haven't used it myself, but I think I've read that Twitter seems to be the quickest route in, these days.

Spoke to PokerStars earlier asking them if they had any charity tournaments running to raise money towards the covid-19 pandemic, they said they thought it was a really good idea and they'll possibly create one in the near future so keep a look out and join in if you can

That's if they weren't just saying it for the sake of it but it would be good for business so no reason for them not to I guess?

Anyway keep an eye out for it! Stay safe everyone, it's getting really bad here in the UK at the minute.

Guys, I've mostly been out of the loop since 2012 when the sites started folding up. At that time I was not having success getting my money off Lock Poker or Cake Poker. Between the two I have a few grand sitting there, or not

What's current with those sites? Are they still in business? If so I'd like to try and get my money off them. Any guidance would be appreciated.
