How can I get in contact with Pokerstars? I'm trying to update my address to a new country. I sent documents through the software twice and emailed them via their website once. Been a week and I've got nothing, not even a confirmation that they got my requests...

Are there other options to get in contact with them?

There are currently numerous complaints about the lengthy delays in receiving responses from PS Support and other departments.

Apart from sending your stuff three times, thereby adding unnecessarily to their backlog, you have followed the correct procedure.

I noticed a thread today about a simple withdrawal taking three weeks, so you should probably expect to wait about another two weeks but hope for less.

fishodeath11,

Some people have reported that after complaining on social media (Twitter etc.) they get faster service, but I think you'll just have to be patient and wait these days.

ok, thanks I guess I wait.

Hey guys, lately I had pr9blem like few players with frozen account. O had no answare when my account was frozen after address change.
After a 12 days without any e-mail answare, I was looking for solution and:
If you have any problems, send an e-mail to appropriate support and contact with pokerstarssupport on twitter via PM. (Follow their profile and pm them) they solved my issue within 2 hours after i contacted them via twitter...

I don't know your story, but why would the new account be less vulnerable to having the funds seized?

Well, I deposited quite a bit of btc there and seeing so many posts of people getting ripped by the accused site, I feared for my money and created another account so I could dump chips there and try to withdraw there.

I'm not sure what I was thinking, but in the end, they took my money for the sole reason "I was colluding". SMDH man!

That makes about as much sense as sirreybobs original post. Why would it be easier to move money off of one account over the other? Were you being investigating for collusion with your first account? Are you a student of these colluding coaches?

LOL! I dumped my chips from acct #1 to my acct #2 to withdraw.

To be honest, it's the first time I felt I was going to get scammed by a poker site.

I read the posts of people getting their funds withheld without explanation and just didn't know what to do.

If I was "chip dumping" or "colluding", I'm dead sure there wouldn't be this many people accusing this poker site of scamming people.

Nonetheless, yes, I'm guilty of multi-accounting, but it was out of fear and never did any damage to anyone

What did you do on your first account or get accused of doing to think they would seize your money?
06-29-2019 , 07:48 AM
The answers in the thread were a mix, I'm interested in playing poker through this affiliate but not if other players say they pay slow or whatever, I'm not saying they do, but as with other threads players give their opinion on dealing cash outs with the site, so just wondering why the thread was closed?

The one-post re-opener of an old thread from someone who hasn't been back since to read any answers was quite likely to be spam for a PPP affiliate, which is not permitted. There have been other similar posts in that thread which have also been deleted in the past, one apparently having been made by a manager. If it had been a new thread, it would have been deleted, so closing but leaving the existing thread seems to me to be a reasonable compromise in the circumstances.

OK I didn't realise its not allowed.

OK so how does one go about asking about that site or any sites reputation and in what thread should it be asked/posted?

Hi,

I have been locked out my pokerstars account for weeks now after i attempted to sit at a table while on holiday in spain (i didnt know this was not allowed).

I have emailed them 5 times in the last three weeks and have had no response.

Does anyone have any insight as to what to do now?

Thanks.

If someone is looking for an affiliate, we have this thread to help, because unfortunately we find most posts of your kind are in fact made by spammers trying to be clever. After searching here if I want information about a business and find that it isn't mentioned frequently, I do a simple Google search.
