2+2 seems to be my go to for Pokerstars complaints these days;

I am a full time worker and a social poker player, I won a $215 winter series ticket which is why I woke up at 4 am local time to play the Sunday Starter, as it was the only $215 tournament available outside of business hours. After playing some games, my account was then locked about 15 minutes before the start of this tournament "for a routine security check" - Completely on stars and not my fault at all. As soon as this happened I emailed support the following;

I emailed support saying exactly this and got responded the following;

That email was three days ago and I have responded twice since, each one being ignored. It seems completely unreasonable to block my account from playing (for about five days by the time they emailed me, made me provide documents and then unlocked it) and then not offer me compensation for my ticket in my opinion.

I feel like whoever responded to my email can't understand basic English either, how you replied that I'm beyond confused. I'm also wondering what this tournament I'm registered in is, I look forward to playing considering I have not made a day two of the phase tournaments

I've noticed that most tracking sites, with the exception of SharkScope and PokerProLabs, fail to track bounties won in knockout tournaments when calculating results. As someone who plays a lot of KO tournaments (they consist of 50-70% of my MTT volume), it surprises me that there isn't more discussion about the fact this is the situation. Even Pocketfives doesn't track bounties awarded.

Has anyone else noticed or been bothered by this, and is there anything that could be done to stop these sites putting out inaccurate results for people who play a lot of knockout tournaments? I don't know, it just seems really surprising to me that there are so few threads/discussions online discussing this.

I'd rather tracking sites be banned rather than fixed as they basically only exist for bad regs to berate fish using $tat$

I'm playing a 5.5 dollar tourney on Pokerstars. Did they really change the tourney to be 4.9 dollars goes to prize pool and .6 dollars rake? Unbelievable.

Pokerstars Pennsylvania is harder to find then Waldo. Now we are hearing Spring, really, spring c'mon..........

It's been 10% rake for tournaments forever. That's why I was a bit shocked. They also did the sponsorship deal with UFC so I thought they didn't need to do that.

Does anyone knows what dates usually sites place their spring series? (like powerfest, winamax series etc) January and September are fixed but i'm not sure when is the biggest tournaments of spring will be and i want to plan both my study schedule as well as to not have any trips/holidays at the time

Well it's all going to depend on how many you have. An individual hand history is going to take basically no space at all. If you've bought a database of 100 million, that's a different question, but it's still not going to take up that much compared to downloading random pr0n
