I emailed Wednesday, i havent heard anything back. I ordered my new token via email for cash as i was away on the 19th and couldnt log in, they didnt ship until the 27th and my old one expired on the 30th. If they sent it when i ordered it would have been fine.

I have messaged @starssupport on twitter too, nothing. Is there anyone on 2p2, skype or discord which could help me

I've given up. Over a month and nothing useful from stars support, not going to bother with a site that can't manage even basic customer service.

Hi,

So I ordered a new security token, but the changing code on it doesn't work. Also the 9-digit code doesn't work when I try to input it in account details.

What should I do?

I'd suggest you contact PS Support.

Wow, I have the exact same problem. Or idk if you have got your new token already. I have, but it doesn't work.

Hey guys and girls!

My RSA token expired 30/06/2019 witch i don't realized, and no i dont have the one-time pass from may years ago.

I contact the support and the security via email aka. the only option (lol), and here i am after 8 days and still no reply. ( We sincerely apologise for any delays incurred during this busy time, and thank you for your patience....blablabla)

Friday i contact with the twitter support, and i faced the std blabla.

I don't understand why is this good for PS, i rake a decent ammount/month, and i just want to login and grind.

Anyone with the same problem?

Can anyone help me, what can i do please?

(Sorry for my english btw.)

I have the same situation, except I have my new token already and it's not working. I will update my situation as it develops.

That won't work, they can't just email you, they have to phone you.


Igor DoUrden - yes, other people have the problem for many different issues. You just have to be patient and wait. I don't know of any other option.

Now they emailed me, but it's the same jargon as on the help page that I have to order a token and then activate it. But it says wrong code when I try to input the 9-digit code...

Now the problem got solved. They disabled the RSA security token and gave me a PIN. Then after logging in I disabled the PIN and activated the token and it works now.

Hmm. Yeah, that sounds like a good security system for when someone's e-mail is hacked.

Yeah I actually suggested they call me, but they just gave me the PIN. Strange.

You're the second user to report the same major security problem with the RSA Security Token in the last few days. This is a significant problem, and undermines the whole point of Two Factor Authentication.

Since im Swiss i can no longer play on my Stars Account, since legal **** changed over here.

Now they are trying to find a solution with a Swiss Casino to be back on our market "soon".

I kinda wanted to withdraw everything anyway to play on other Sites, but now it was def. time.

So i cash in my Stars Points ( ridic how little of those u get ) and hit the withdraw button.

IT says i have to wait 72h after my last deposit or withdrawl to do so. is that SC exchange considered a Deposit? Wtf..

Anyway: i wait. after 72h i try again. my Account shows 0.- Awesome.
Next Day i get an email: need to verify my account. wtf have been depositing and withdrawing for like 8 years now without a problem.

But ok: i send in everything. That was like 4 Days ago. Still no reply from Stars or anything.

So all in all: can´t play since July 1st, money still stuck on Stars and no clue where we are heading..

Fun fact: asked support on 20th of June about the legal Situation and if we could proceed playing ( cause no one knew over here ). They replied on the 10th of July.

I mean: Stars has been a ****show for quite some time and will slowly go down, so i guess its worth losing those few K´s to see it happen and hopefully contribute to it a little tiny bit.

I have no issues except a basic request/question and Ive sent 3 emails in 30 hours WITH NO REPLY ! I guess like the ****ty chests they gave us they are even lacking in the customer service dept.these days.
