Hi,

Just played the big22 on pokerstars. While playing I suddenly saw my balance going up with the amount I would win if I'd bust in the next coming hands; very strange. I busted a payjump later and the balance got adjusted accordingly. It's just a few bucks, but I've never seen something like this happen and it feels kind of fishy.

Is this something that happens more often? Might this be a 'thing'; I have 'before and after' screenshots.

It's normal. Once you are in the money you get your min cash

Why was my topic removed to this thread? And why is it normal that the website apparently knows upfront when you will bust? I was still in the game when my balance in my cashier went up with the money I hadn't won yet.

Hi can someone please tell me what is going on with the 9max microstakes zoom tables.

Stars told me that EVERY single rec and reg just stopped playing 9max zoom

I do not believe that.

Please help this is soooo strange. I can understand games dying out, but a player pool of hundreds diminishing to ZERO OVER NIGHT? that i can't.

Manual review of a payout. Theyre making sure the deposit is legit, your gameplay was legit, and nothing shady is going on before they pay you your $.

This actually has to do with their blackjack game and not their poker software so I hope it's in the appropriate forum.

I was shocked to learn that when their software crashes or disconnects in the middle of blackjack hands, instead of allowing the player to reconnect to the hands in progress like every other online casino on earth does, they actually auto-stand all your hands, hit the dealer as normal, and end the hand! It happened to me a few times before I got annoyed and asked live chat about it. Apparently they know and don't care and won't give any refunds even when it's clearly their poor software at fault. I am using a brand new Galaxy S9 with no other apps running and the app literally just closes out of nowhere every so often in the middle of hands. Don't see how I can be monetarily penalized for that, but they apparently do.

Here I thought I was finally out of the woods now that I can play legal casinos... but nope. Even a futurebet casino wouldn't have the balls to try a policy like this. I'm just wondering what I can do from here. Complaining to them seems to be going nowhere. Is the New Jersey gaming commission my next step? Surely an app feature like this is illegal, no?

Thanks.

Haven't played on pokerstars in years - I used to play midstakes and lived in USA. Don't live in USA anymore, don't know my old email password.

Should I just create a new account? Or email them and let them know or something? I just wanna play lowstakes/spins/etc.

It's always better to e-mail Support and get important info from the horse's mouth, rather than take advice from some anonymous internet user, and save the response for helping to deal with possible later problems, (such as having your funds confiscated for perceived multi-accounting).

I am concerned that 95% of the spanish players moving to winamax will be winning players while the funplayers stay on sites like pokerstars.es

When i first saw the news and promises of bigger guarantees i was happy, but then i thought about it and i think almost every spanish reg will start playing on winamax but only a few funplayers.

Thoughts on this?

I know this doesn't really go in here, but I feel like I just need to let it out.

Some of you know I was asking about playing in the US and eventually signed up with ACR. I'm trying to build a bankroll without depositing right now. It has really been just for fun.

I just won a freeroll for $2.50. There was over 600 people in the tournament. I've never won a tournament that big before. Super pumped!

Congrats!

For all of your future big scores I recommend posting in the BBV(Beats, Brags, and Variance) Forum section.

Best of luck to you building that roll going forward!

Today I got a notice from PS stating my account was frozen due to a log in from a US IP. I used a VPN to access HBOGo since its only available from the US. I forgot to turn it off before I logged in. I live in Thailand currently. But I use Airbnb since I travel around SE Asia a lot. I don't know how I can complete their verification. I've had my credit card address changed to a mailbox here. But I don't have any utility bills. I have a TrueMove H prepaid cell. I have my flight itinerary and my upcoming departure ticket to Vietnam. As well as my visas for both. Any suggestions?

Removed my post eh?

ok

I get it, i'm just an angry loser who says the company selects who wins their games.

The fact is the current legal state of things allows just such a thing to occur without any possibility of recourse for their American guests.

According to WPN if Mr. average American would like to play cards online he can report to the flogging station in the foreign land.

I tell you what there is the chance WPN is %100 trustworthy. It just feels like a no-win situation for me after hundreds of hours of play and nothing won. I don't like making unfounded claims however I have no other conclusion to make other than what I said in my previous post. Each online poker player in the USA is forced to bet on websites where they do not have legal rights (i.e. they cannot bring the company to accountability in any way). This exposes each USA user to the potential of being defrauded without any method of recourse.

I like playing online cards. It's the only video game to play IMO. It's been that way for a while and I'm someone who makes the effort to put as much into gaming as I can.

I'll keep ACR/BCP installed and play the freerolls and anything further I might qualify for. That's only because it's the video game to play. If I had to estimate my chances of cashing i'd have to look at my previous experience and say, over the next four months, I have close to a %0 chance of cashing. This makes playing cards on ACR/BCP a horrible decision for myself since i'm looking to win at the money games.

Again there is nothing stopping people from treating USA residents like a prisoner in the stocks when they decide to play cards online. Two plus two administration has not stated, five months later, that there has been any "solutions to the issues" discussed.

At this point I cannot, in the interests of a money game player looking to cash, give WPN any more regard than being just the next video game that awards you nothing after it's completed.

There is a thread for people like you. It is right here in this forum. I think you will enjoy its contents. Here is the thread.

That was a very odd series of posts. You ask for opinions, but I'm not sure why, as it seems your mind is already made up.

As for your deleted post, I assume it was deleted because it was wandering off into the "is it rigged" subject, and we have a dedicated thread for that, so as not to derail other ones.

There's one particular paragraph I wanted to address directly, though:

Quote:

If this is your firm belief, then you probably shouldn't be playing online poker. Perhaps live might be more to your liking.

Which doesn't really mean anything, beyond that WPN hasn't come back to us asking to advertise again. They made it pretty clear when they didn't respond to our concerns the first time, that they didn't feel like they owed us an explanation for anything, so there's no reason they'd give us one now, unless they were looking to come back here. Again, I'm not passing any judgement either way on WPN; I just wanted to clarify what the significance of no news from 2+2 was - really, not much.

Despite the insulting and dismissive language people like kahn would apply to those who are concerned about the integrity of the websites they connect to, especially WPN, the two plus two administrators do not accept AD revenue from WPN. The reasons have been stated and most of them, five months after
the removal of their ads, have not been addressed.

Poker is not rigged. That doesn't change the fact USA poker players have to expose themselves to lawless environment in order bet.

"People like you..." Cut the insults.
