My "chat" with them, (a few e-mails exchanged within minutes of each other), has moved into a fantasy realm. Once it dawned on them that I was writing to ask why he hasn't even received a confirmation of receipt e-mail, and is there a delay in response times atm, (apparently they don't normally send such a confirmation), they have now written, (and I wasn't asking for any account information nor anything about his issue) :
"For security reasons, we are unable to provide account information to third parties. Please have the player write to us from the email address registered to the account '*********' and we will be happy to assist further.
Please have the player contact us directly and we can assist further."
