Yea it happens for me like once or twice a session. It's usually 1-2 buy ins off but it's back to normal within a couple of minutes

Do WSOP.com online MTT withhold taxes for non-US residents?

The 30% like they do when we play at RIO.

Thanks.

Summer Reload
Double Your Deposit up to $1,000
Nothing is better than extra money. Here at WSOP.com, we want to help take your summer to the next level with our newest reload bonus. It’s pretty simple…use the code SUMMER19 on your next deposit and get a 100% deposit match up to $1,000 on your account.

Here’s how it works:

For every 100 APPs earned, we will credit your account $10.
Credit is given up to $1,000.
Promo code expires July 31.
Reload expires 90 days after promo code is redeemed.

There is a different one if you are 1st time player there, but I can't find it.

Yea, that is the one i was looking for and couldn't find. I hate how they only give you 30 days to earn the bonuses. It used to be 60 days I believe.

Not sure what you're talking about, as these have 90 day durations, as stated in the T&C.

You can see the date granted is 30 days before the expiration date on the right.

Here's mine:

90 day duration, just like it says in the T&C.

The last few I got say 30 days on them, maybe they were different and this $1000 reload bonus will be 90 days, I have not done it yet.

Yeah, I'm not sure. I don't do all of them but I do try to do most of them because it's just a free extra 20% rb and I can't remember any that were only 30 days.

I went back in my history (as much as I could, the pop up window is pretty painful to navigate) and it looks like most of them have been 60 days with a couple being 90 days. Maybe that 30 day one you got was some sort of one-off? Either way, this one is definitely a 90 day one.

No idea. I would ask the cage. Most people are US residents that play on the site. I thought you had to be a US resident?

You don't. You only need to be in Nevada or New Jersey to play. Or Delaware, except you can't play in WSOP bracelet tournaments and satellites to WSOP events.

In order to make an account for WSOP and fund it you have to be in New Jersey or Nevada?

I really don't want to drive to NJ and then have some issues setting up an account and funding it and it not working.

No real reason was just wondering if there are usually hiccups in the process

I was under the impression that you could set your account up outside the legal states, you just couldn't sit down and play until you were in a legal state, but I've never tried and I assume you have.

I've never heard of any hiccups starting an account. You'll need to provide your full SSN for an identity check, which some people don't want to do, so there's that. To cash out you'll need to provide normal KYC things, like a voided check.

I made the mistake of buying into two WSOP NV tourneys on an ipad unaware that there was no function to multi-table like NJ Pokerstars. I had to sit out and blind off in the 2nd tourney.

I tried working their reps on a refund to no avail. Their supervisor won't call me back, answer emails etc.

Anybody have this problem and get any resolutions? Am I just SOL? Thanks

You have to play on your laptop to enter a event in NV right?

iPad or phone won’t work?

I have not done it lately but in the past I have played on my Ipad.
Also Dnegs was playing the $400 online bracelet event on his Ipad in the youtube video.

9 min mark.
