Yes, I'm in Vegas.
I multitable and my everything updates. Maybe try reinstalling the client?

I did that and now it's working. Thank you! Kind of scary that support doesn't know this is the way it's supposed to work.

I'm still at Player status and looking to reach Bronze before the month is out. It's frustrating not being able to see the bonus progression.

I did reinstall and it seemed to work, but then the next time I logged in, it wasn't updating again.

Hey everyone. Does anyone from WSOP.com check this thread? I know there used to be an old one that was archived where Bill was answering questions. If this is more for just us players to go back and forth, let me know!

Can you explain this 32% rakeback? Is this a NJ only thing?

Anyone looking for this should know that the bonuses aren't in order all the time. Best to scroll and click "see more" until you find one you've completed. Then click away until you find the one that has some % complete.

Silver (Monthly) – 750-1,499 APP’s ($325-$749 in rake) = 20% rake back
Elite (Monthly) – 1,500-19,999 APP’s ($750-$9,999 in rake) = 25% rake back
Champions Club (Annual) – 20,000+ APP’s ($10,000+ in rake) = 32% rake back

Awesome, thanks. Were the changes to the reward system overall good/bad?

they increased the rake to 5.3% without telling anyone, and it took about a month for the website to reflect this change. but for everyone except the very top it is an increase in rakeback.

Where can you make suggestions? I would love to have a 33% bet option like the 1/2 pot and 2/3 pot.

They never listen to suggestions, unfortunately. The software is built off 888s software and all updates are tied to that as well. Apparently 888 just launched their new software (which i've heard mixed things about) so maybe the update to WSOP will follow.

Not sure about bet sliders though.

Not that it's hard to do in your head but it should be standard on all poker rooms. Poker Stars seems to be 3 steps ahead of everyone.

Hello, I was living in Nevada for most of last fall and had no issues depositing onto wsop via paypal. I was a frequent depositor as I was a bad player, but no issues arose. I recently moved back to NV and have encountered a weird issue. I had 1k in my paypal balance and did a deposit using these funds w/ zero issue. I saw a good game going and wanted to add onto my account to play this higher stakes game. Since my paypal balance was 0 the transaction would be done with a deposit direct from my linked bank account(like most of my paypal transactions are w/out issue), but it wouldnt allow it. I was prompted with the following: https://i.imgur.com/75Bj1JS.png

Basically theyre trying to say it is not a payment source registered in the US, which is completely false. This appeared for my credit and debit cards too. I am not near the deposit limits tho for the site, for my bank, for anywhere. Speaking w some others at table I was told this has happened to them before too but I didn't get the best answer from them for how to proceed. Unfortunately their live chat is not a thing and they wont answer the phone, and emails take days to respond if they ever do reply.

Is the trick to have the $ already in paypal account and then problem solved???

Never had any issues with paypal whatsoever and have worked with them for over a decade problem free. I tried to do normal cc and debit deposit and same message appeared. I tried Netteller and it is a disaster to setup and spent so much time trying to get ahold of their support staff, which I believe are not available, ever to resolve an issue where netteller says I entered my SS wrong at signup, but wont give me another place to reenter or any way to remedy this w/out contacting support, which is basically unreachable.

Any1 else had a problem like this when theyve tried to deposit? I know I could go to the cage but thats inconvenient compared to paypal at home so I'd like to figure this out prior to doing the cage method.

Do you guys think WSOP.com will lose NJ players to Poker Stars once PA goes live?

No. Why would a NJ player using the NJ-NV-DE WSOP client travel to PA just to play on Stars, which is already available as a standalone site in NJ? You realize that all PA sites will at least at first be intrastate to PA only, right?

How do you link your Caesars card to your WSOP account? Can I do it online or do I have to go down to the strip?

Also, if you can link it, what does it do?

I found a form online to submit the information to link them. You should find the link in the WSOP client menu.

You earn 1 TC per APP earned. These are credited monthly as I understand in the first week of the month for the prior month.
