I was at an industry event in 2014 where I was seated next to a WSOP.com rep. I started to tell him about bugs in the stud software that affected game play. He interrupted me and said something like:
I'll stop you right there. We don't give a **** about stud.
After that, I imagined 100% of all customer suggestions end up in the recycle bin.
I think Caesars is a great company that gets so many things, especially customer service, right at its B&Ms. I write about many great trip reports to their properties, pointing out quality attributes. Sadly, that just is not the case at its online poker site.
