In NV everyone i talked to coudnt access the rewards page on the client to see how many points they had and to convert them. A few days ago it started working again for me but a few people i know still cant get it to load. I am faily certain my rakeback is off by a bunch too but no way to prove it. i converted my points the last day bf the merger and i played way more than normal because of how much action there was this week and i felt like in that time would have done a lot more. It really sucks how bad support is in general. I have emailed them 3 times about issues with screenshots that cost me a lot of money and no response.

Truthfully is wsop endgame is nationwide or atleast a lot of states playing together they need to stop paying 888 money for their crappy software and using their horrible customer support and build their own. Wsop was given a license to print money and they are blowing it. Station Casinos had horrible software but atleast they tried and had customer support that cared. It really sucks to think about how many potential longterm fun players we lost to people have horrible experiences.

While the site was down earlier and i was stuck on other sites i started to write sort of a formal write up about a lot of the issues that everyones facing. They have made 6 figures a year off me in rake and i start a lot of plo cash games and almost every limit holdem game that runs. I have wasted more time that id like to think about writing emails with how the site can do improvements and nothing. I dont have high hopes for it but will be sort of a last dirt effort to see if if they actually will listen. If it covers the issues that everyone is annoyed with and all flood them with emails and tweets maybe they will listen. I know in the past the protests on stars didn't do anything but maybe wsop will start to care as more states opt in and they will


Most of the stuff in it i wrote in my previous post about. One of the things that I think wsop is definitely lacking more secure login. I know people who have huge balances on wsop and i expect people to keep more and more now that 25-50 plo 3 tables has been running often. The fact that all it takes is for someone to guess your password correctly or hack your email and do forgot password and they can dump your roll off is scary.

Thats not live support that phone support. It does seem like they got rid of live support thought. My guess is its temporary until everythings operations as normal as they don''t want to deal with 30 people waiting at at time to talk to live support.

There's no way I'm getting the right amount of points/rakeback but idk what I can really do about. I'm not going to spend all that time calculating out how much I should have.

Did you get a reload or deposit bonus?

100 points = $10 released. So if you have $100 released, you've earned 1000 APPs.

Finally able to convert my rewards points, but the status bar that tracks your status is still broken.

"4x,xxx Status Points to ELITE" is obviously wrong since ELITE requires 1,500 APPS.

Phone # for support? My emails are unanswered. When clicking my rewards I still get a message saying "Sorry there was a problem redeeming your points"

I was able to see my points and convert them to $ since the merger, but yesterday started getting the message that it's not working, sigh.

Same I have a bunch of friends who still cant get it to work. Mine just started to work and now stopped. For someone reason my gfs were still working. So i switched computers for the accounts and sure enough mine were working and hers were. As strange as it is it seems that anyone who has windows 10 is dealing with the most issues. If you have an older laptop sitting around try it.I emailed wsop 4 times about various problems and yesterday finally got emails back on all them.....Auto response emails that got us nowhere.

I am not sure if you read my post I am starting a giant write up of all the crap that is going on with wsop and all the changes that need to happen. I am hoping if enough people contribute and we spam them emails and on twitter maybe they may actually listen. If you have anything that you think of to include let me know. I will post it here when im done.

Yeah my rakeback wasn't working for 4 days then i was able to click it and given that rakeback was up to 32 percent now and i played way more games than normal I felt like i was missing a few hundred in rakeback.

im running win 7 still not working.

i am 4 tabling .50/1 plo8 right now and live streamig it... i pre regged and downloaded and had it running in no time flat...

according to support status are still under review... i did 49k app s last year... got silver status...

i know rake is 5.4% now... not 5

I cant get the rake paid = how many apps answer...

seating bug still exists.

Have you been able to get online at all? As strange as it is try to get on the mobile app. It would be good to see if you're account is active and everything else is right. On one of my computer i cant get the software to download at all. It gets half way through downloading then just drops out. Luckily I have a few that ive gotten over the years and it works on my main one. I have a few friends who cant get on at all and i know some still havent had their balances transferred. its nice that wsop.com can tweet about useless stuff rather than letting us know they are aware problems are happening and are getting to them all.

Sorry i misread your post. I thought when you said you had windows 7 and its not working i thought you meant the software wasnt working at all not the rakeback.

NV has never had access to hand histories...

you can get a game history with ur results... might include rake paid... i know it has won loss but very cumbersome to work with.

Yeah, this is killing me. All I've got is up to $5 SNGs. Is this just a Delaware thing or is it sitewide?

yeah the normal SNG are back. But the HUSNG are still only up to 5 dollars. hopefully that fix that.

How did they manage to develop software that performs worse than before? Kind of remarkable, actually. The button freezing, weird card delay then speed up when dealing the flop, not to mention running like **** since starting on the new one. Glad I came back, lmao.

Not being able to top off was fun when the buttons for cashier, chat and stats froze. Nice additions. Solid 3/10 so far.

Can anyone on here tell me how to get online from Delaware? I've downloaded both the wsop and 888 software and created an account without issue. However, neither site will let me play because I'm not in nevada or NJ. Support has not been of any help. Really frustrating since the pools were supposed to be combined as of May 1.
