The tourney I played in night 1 was 7 out of 9 NJ players at my table.

This is a joke, signed up last night, chrome didn't work so I get it on IE, download it fine whatever, make an account and it says I need to verify by sending in ID, I send that in instantly , no response for hours, I try calkjng support no answer after 30 minutes of waiting, try customer support online , 30 minutes no answer and it kicks me off the server, yet to receive a single response at all, this site will never be a success with this bull****. How long did it take everyone else to get verification?

The question is whether this is a temporary thing or a permanent "feature" (and if the latter, for god sakes why). There is no legitimate reason why they can't answer this question.

People in the NVG thread are saying the login/password thing is due to NJ regulations.

If NJ regulations govern then why do they need separate clients?

If that's really the regulation then that's a typically ignorant policy. It just encourages people to use crappy passwords.

Someone mentioned they might be honoring the deposit bonus even if you transferred my balance, is that true? Might as well have cashed out some to redeposit if not.

The auto log out is super annoying, I usually leave my HH windows open to review hands but it closes everything out super fast if I'm away from the computer, has to be like 10-15mins.

Also experiencing lag that has caused me to time out hands on multiple occasions, usually comes back in 15-30s but once had to force close client and restart.

Rewards points/$ seem to be accumulating at a much faster rate, I have elite status now, used to have diamond on NV.

**** this bull**** site, takes 3 ****ing days to get verified, getting directed to wrong sections after waiting for hours on phone just to deposit, this site is terrible and I honestly hope it fails

I had the same problem and did this:

1.download the program (which you did)
2.***then SEARCH 'wsop.com'
3.you'll see the wsop.com icon you clicked on to download- DONT dbl click that one. There's another which has like a computer icon on it and its something like "wsop.com.ggeggerfg.54654564/df/dfe" or some crap >click THAT one. It's the one you actually downloaded and it will open up the program.

Get several tables going and then it freezes up, not the 1st time. I have plenty of memory and cpu. Between that and it several times a day saying it can't locate me when I am in the middle of playing. Then throw in there wonderful customer service.

They charge $10 fee for CC deposit. You don't know it until days later.

for the 50 NL check ur filters make sure u have 6 max enabled. I think above 50 NL there is no 9 max... ( id ont play NL just plo8.)
