Can someone explain BLAST to me please. I cannot log in currently, but they are letting me view a previous game with a $15 buy-in. I see 4 players with $90K, $30K, $15K and $15K next to their name. Is this REAL money for a $15 buy-in. Very confused. Who knows about this? Thanks!

Also the old software would highlight the bet box upon action and I could manually type in my bets if I wanted. It won't do it now. It only blinks at the end of bet box, so I have to manually highlight it, etc.

Atlease you guys got the 100 HUSNG, DE player after the merge only got as high as 5 dollars for all sngs!!!! I hope they fix that soon.

I am about ready to lose my mind. I've already sent an email to wsop.com but figured I might get a quicker response on here. I've downloaded the poker client and the wizard installs the program seemingly with no problem. But where is it? No icon on my main page, no listing of wsop in my programs, no option for me to select where to install the program. WTF?

I've played since the first day in-state online poker was available in Nevada and have never seen play as loose as I saw this afternoon/tonight. Today was the most profitable day I've had playing on WSOP.com. Something like the early days of the internet.

Was it a fluke for me that I got on loose tables or have other people had the same experience?

As an aside, when you are dowloading the software and the messages come up touting their software how great it is how the preflop and flop is completely random and certified, nobody has a problem with no random certification comes after that? Isnt this a problem with most online poker sites? Why dont they certify that all streets are random certified?

I'm using chrome now....seems to be working as far as the install so that is a postive.

The tables seem softer for sure. I am in Las Vegas.

I see they have a "beginners" tab. Hehehe should i play those games first?

The Hun? No.

Support is completely unresponsive. Was on hold for 45 minutes yesterday before hanging up. Chat support broken. E-mail support has 5 e-mails in their inbox they've yet to reply to since yesterday.

I asked for a list of Reno locations to deposit at, they gave me a list of Vegas properties. One of which was Harrah's, so I go to Harrah's in Reno right? No, took an hour for them to figure out what I was asking and that I couldn't deposit there.

I confirmed my identity by sending them pics of my state ID and bank statement, but I can't deposit via PayPal because cashier page is still telling me to confirm my identity. This after they confirmed the documents and confirmed that my pre-registration is complete.

This is the worst customer support experience I've ever had.

I am wondering if these are going to suck most of the recs from the real poker SNG's.

Also I re-linked my total rewards card on Monday night after the download and I am still not seeing the tier credits on my TR card online. They would have updated this morning.
That means wsop support has not done anything with these forms coming in and I never even got a confirmation email.

so did you wsop NV guys have HU SNGs before the merger or were they just added for the merger? if you guys had them previously it might be impossible to get them to change the rake structure but if they were just added perhaps they might be more willing...

I'm in Vegas and never played in a Spins. Is this just a losing proposition or is there any actual strategy involved?

Spoke to a nice woman at WSOP.com on the phone, after less than 30 minute wait just now. I told her that WSOP should have a presence on this forum to answer questions.

I asked her if I could post about any common issues and she said I can share the following:

She told me that emails are not going to be responded to in a timely fashion, so PLEASE call them at 1-866-745-2385 with any concerns.

Windows 10, if Chrome doesn't work, try IE.

Move the .exe to the desktop as noted in previous posts.

You will have to re-enter your user name and password each time!

yes we had hu NLH sngs prior to merge... here in NV....

Is NJ having many issues??? only seen like 3 NJ players so far been 3 tabling for a few hours now... still mostly NV players and it si 630pm EST... Where are they?
