Are you trying to verify your ID to increase your deposit limits?
I tried to send my ID as instructed multiple times and was subsequently told that there's no point in doing this as Caesars no longer works with the company that did ID verification (or something like that). Point is, I tried for 3 months, finally called, and was told: "Sorry, we have no idea how to increase your deposit limits or why we still ask for your ID to do so. Thanks for the ID though! We've confirmed it!"
Pretty close to exactly those words....
