Does anyone know the name of the person who replaced Bill Rini?

There was not anything official AFAIK but it seems like Danielle Barille has that position or one similar. https://twitter.com/YeeGone

thinking of depositing on here so you guys can take my $. I've played free roll and wondering if there is a way to create custom bet sizing buttons like Pokerstars? So I could set up 33% or 75% etc. and not have to use the bet slider. I was messing around in the settings and couldn't find a way to do so.

No, you can't customize the bet slider.

Fairly certain it's @YeeGone Danielle Barille unfortunately she is just as worthless as Rini IMO

She literally just posted pics of her dogs during the online bracelet events and ignored any direct questions. I doubt she has the authority to make any decisions that impact the site, more than likely just a warm body filling an open position from what I can tell

The site has a lot of potential if they only hired the correct people to run it..

is the Welcome Bonus automatic or do I have to input a promo code? I've tried researching it & emailing WSOP support but they haven't gotten back to me. I haven't found anything conclusive and don't want to miss out on the bonus when I make my first deposit.

Is this the info you are looking at? It doesn't look like you need a code for 1st time deposit but I didn't read all of it.

If you are in NJ then you can change the /NV to /NJ not sure it matters.

Looks like you get 100% deposit bonus up to 1k on first deposit without using any code. You can use code: 10FORME to get $10 in addition to that.

WSOP cage cash out is taking longer than 36 hours (as advertised). I regularly cashed out at the cage prior to COVID, and it has always been fast like 4-12 hours. I requested a withdraw on the 23rd of this month at 7:00PM. Almost two days have gone by, and I haven't receive an email from support yet regarding the status. I sent them an email this morning. Just wondering if anyone had been cashing out at the cage recently, and what's the time frame?

Thanks for quick reply. That's punny, because I also request a $1,500 cashed out too. I think a potential issue causing delay is that I also requested an ACH cash out on the 21st too (enough fund to cover both cash outs), but I reversed the ACH request last night. Hopefully they'll process it today. Thanks for your reply.

Edit: Just got email from support that the fund can be picked up at the cage. Hopefully this info is useful for someone looking to do cage cash out.

Just pulled in from FL, traveling in RV, Boondocking at Lake Mead.

I can not play because WSOP cant verify I am actually in Nevada, tech support for WSOP is a joke, sorry WSOP, but last time I was here staying at Sams Town KOA it took 2 days to open and fund my account. After that I had no issues.

So now I'm back to play the October circuit and tech support tells me I have to move further into Nevada? They cant tell me if that is 1 mile or 30 miles?

I am using my cell phone hot spot which has never been a problem in the past, its because I'm close to the border. WSOP cant define "close" so I have no clue how to fix this unless I drive to "somewhere"

This is my call to "2+2 Tech Support" any help would be great, maybe someone else has had this issue? Did a search, came up blank.....

Thanks, Chris

What internet connection did you use last time to play?

If you registered your phone in Florida, then you will have an FL IP address (more than likely anyway)

You can check the location of your phone's IP address by googling "what is my IP address". Any of those results that come up should tell you this

Unsure if having a non NV IP will throw off their geo-location abilities

This is the same phone and hotspot I used before. (got this phone 5 years ago online used in Boston)

This is what comes up when I google "what is my IP address"

State: New Mexico
City: Albuquerque
