Its been about 3 days and I have not received the email yet. It takes 3 to 5 days after you fill out the forms for the money to hit? Whats the purpose of sending that BS email about it hitting the bankroll in 24 to 48 hours? Unreal!!!!

2) Is the 5PM-9PM "happy hour" in PST or EST if I play in NJ?

3) If I deposit via a credit card, will the funds become available same day?

4) Any suggestions for a free/easy to use HUD? I have only played live and on Bovada up to this point, so have never used a HUD lol.

you can not get hand histories mailed to you via support. They mail you a game history not a hand history.

How can you view the status of clearing bonuses in client?

WSOP seems to be doing lots of reload bonuses but cant find out how to track to see my progress or make sure they are being credited or paid out correctly.

Settings > Game Display > "Show bonus bar by default..."

When you open any cash game table it'll show your progress towards releasing the next bonus in the upper left. If you want to see how much bonus $ you have or how much you've cleared, go to My Profile > My Account > Bonuses.

That's really weird. I've never had any issues withdrawing.

Has everyone gotten their DIY bonus from the first of the month? I haven't received anything and I'm starting to worry I didn't opt in. I've emailed them and waiting to hear back.

3) Yes.

4) Huds are illegal on wsop. There aren't any that work with it that I'm aware of because you can't get your hh unless you email support and they send you an email copy.
for #2

If its advertised as 5pm - 9pm, then if I live in nevada, it really means like 9 am to 1 pm since its in GMT?

Seems really stupid to phrase it like that, especially since really none of the player pool on wsop.com is in the GMT time zone.

Do the double points count towards your rakeback at all, or is it only towards your rewards status? I swear I never get the double points inserted into my account

only towards status and caesars tier credits.

What benefits are you getting from the tier status? We don't have points on our card from any of our play so we can't get the lounges, we can't get free rooms. I guess if you play live and online it's helpful, but basically just free parking and no resort fees if you do book and pay for a room? Or am I missing something?

you get access to diamond lounges for free with 25k tier, i had like 70k tier last year purely from online poker.
free parking,
free shows
line skip at many locations
vip checkin

Thanks for the response, so ridiculous that it is worth nearly nothing now for any volume players. They got rid of most of the aspiration levels from what I recall. I didn't realize the lounge was free after 25k. They never send me free shows/hotel offers, although i rarely play in any total rewards properties live

If you are Diamond you go to players club each calendar month and pick up 2 tickets to whatever show you pick from the list.

At least that is how it was, I have not been Diamond for awhile.

u hav to go to total rewards. also u get a $100 free dinner once a year and u will have some extra points on ur tr card.

all in addition to 32% rakeback u get on wsop.com which is pretty good for high volume players. what site is better these days?

I'm in NJ, should have mentioned that. Yeah I cant complain about the ~50% rakeback. Just think the promo is sort of strange/ strangely worded.

That 25K lounge thing resets with our tier points in Jan? Or will we have access for the following year?

I've recently started multi-tabling on WSOP.com and noticed that neither my bonus progress bar or my account balance were updating.

I wrote to support and was told that neither will update while playing multiple tables. How can this be a thing in 2019?? Is that the way it is on Stars and other places? Is it that difficult or impossible for them to update in real time because I'm at multiple tables?

Yes, I'm in Vegas.

They can't even fix the cash game waiting list bug that has been there for a couple years.
Half the time you arrive at the time from the list, it tells you that seat is someone else's and you can only get back on list. Such BS.
