You want to download either Delaware Park, Harrington or Dover Downs poker client. They are the casino operators with online poker in DE.

Doverdowns.com
Delawarepark.com
Harringtonraceway.com

Yea, I have an account through delaware park and I guess that is my problem. They do not support Mac products and all is i currently have is a Mac laptop. I was under the mistaken assumption I could just join one of the existing sites.

Why not run it as a VM, that what I do.

Emailed them about the problem with rewards and they asked for a mountainous amount of information about my computer much of which seems totally irrelevant. Going to try to oblige them today although it feels like a waste of my time.

Anyone able to see their rewards yet? It doesn't appear to be only a problem with Windows 10 users.

Rewards are showing for me, but my Status is still wrong.

Showing me as "Silver" when I've far surpassed 1500 APPs for the month which should give me "Elite" status under the new program.

Contacted support and they were unhelpful. Sent a tweet to Bill Rini and "crickets"

I'm in NJ but having the same issue. Support wasn't helpful, and no response from Bill Rini on twitter.

Is there a reload bonus? I was out of town but preregistered and they transferred over my bankroll. I just got back and was hoping to take advantage of the 1k deposit bonus.

Strange. I got to elite a couple of days ago, but obviously I have no way of knowing if it's properly tracking my status. Still can't see my rewards.

Sure wish they'd let us download hand histories a week after with screen names redacted.

Can't see my rewards either. It's almost like they rushed the site up to get our money ASAP without testing it properly or something crazy like that.

Games have been half way decent lately... specially in comparison to intra-state poker

I was able to cash out, but had to interact w/ suppport. I got the initial response and confirmation #, but no bank deposit. After 2 phone calls, it was settled and in my bank.

Re: Tournament satellite auto-register. Is this still the rule? What happens if you un-register? I won a seat for tomorrow but prefer to late reg, I almost automatically hit unregister but figured I would check first. Didn't receive a response yet from customer service. I tweeted @WSOP.COM...we'll see. If anyone knows for sure, I would appreciate the advice!

Thanks

Every choice they've made surrounding the tournament schedule baffles me.

Why the massive addons? Why so many rebuys?

Why the giant gaps in the schedule?

Why so few low-mid stakes offerings?

Why the weird satellites?

Why not normal satellites?

Why not push the guarantees?

Where are the turbos?

Where's the PLO8?

Where's the Stud and Stud8?

The software doesn't let you unregister. It gives a message saying you have to play since you won the seat. This is another stupid change on the new site. I prefer to late reg as well.

The schedule is a joke given the opportunities available. They somehow managed to cut the # of available tourneys in half around 8-11 PST despite having 3x the players.

If nothing else they should be running $5-10 turbo/superturbo rebuys as often as possible.

With so few tourneys relative to the player pool, this schedule makes for much higher variance compared to the old site. There's pretty much no way to get unstuck if you haven't binked a final table by 10 o'clock, unless you want to gambool on the stupid $50 hyper. And there aren't that many final tables to go around.

So much this. People want to multi-table this buyin range. Forcing them to grind just a few tables all day is a deterrent. Filling out the schedule (even doubling it) would actually increase field sizes as people start earlier, play longer and play more.

Ridiculous, they say cashouts will be ready within 36 hours. It's been almost a week since I requested a cashout and nothing...

What method did you use? I’ve cashed out once using cash at the cage and had it within 2-3 days and also using PayPal and had it within 4-5 days (same as old NV wsop times for me)

If you requested cash at the cage, don't expect an email. They don't actually send them (at least not to me). Just go to the cage and get the money.
