Do you guys think I could use Entropay's virtual visa card to deposit? I mean it's a regular visa card number.

Has anyone tried it?

Very Nice! How do the checks arrive? Via Fed Ex? I'll have to use this method of cashout since my debit card application was denied for some reason, which really sucks.

Wrong thread and the answer is no, you don't get Rakeback by default unless you signed up via an affiliate that offers it.

the only prepaid debit card that works is Netspend. Netspend is the only that i know of that allows international transactions. You can order them online. And reload it for $3.95 fee. You can add money from several ways by WU or MG. Buying reload packs. Also vanilla reload cards since they are on the netspend network. But once you open a netspend account just chekc your options in the how to add money section.

Cashouts take from 7 up to 15 business days; however Skrill and/or Neteller usually take a lot less (most likely 3 days). Maximum amount to request per day via these methods is $8k. Please note Skrill and Neteller are only available for Non US customers

looking for a lil clarification / assistance setting up my acr account for prepaid debit card withdrawals.. here are a few issues i'm concerned about & would like some more info on

i am currently living out of my suitcase.. was in mexico for a few, vegas for a few, colorado for a few, etc.. my drivers license shows my old appartment address; and i have no utility bill with my name on it pretty much anywhere, and if i were to it would also be to my old apartment. i have bank statements tied to the card that i used to deposit, i have the passport, i just need to know what i should do in order to get a prepaid debit card shipped to me so i can begin to withdraw some funds

i emailed roughly the same to support@americascardroom.eu and to cashier@digitalexchange.eu but figured i should inquire here to help expedite the process

thanks in advance!!!

We're very excited to finally post about the new software updates, as promised, here is a list of the new features that were included in yesterday's release:
  • Sitout changes: Same as fulltilt, you will now be able to sit out in 1 table or all tables. Helps players that multi-table
  • Complete re-design of the game client: Lobby, Table, Tournament Lobby
  • Text and content in the poker client has improved for a better understanding
  • Popping table should not steal focus
  • Columns were re-organized allowing a better navigation of tournaments (Notice that the Tournament ID was moved to last column)
  • Changes in the tournament for a better understanding.
  • Pressed states (tabs) now have a clearer view
  • Relocation of Promo/Casino/Sports tabs to provide a better display
  • Addition of Ring Game filters
  • New table, animations and display

If you witness any bugs (not that you're going to), please send them to me and we will address them one by one as they come.

I've made a few deposits on ACR. Each time, not only have I been charged a foreign transaction fee (which I could swear I saw somewhere on their site that they would refund these), but also been charged more than what the site said in the first place.

Example: My first deposit was for $100. I got charged $102.70, PLUS a foreign transaction fee. WTF?

After chatting with one of their representatives, I was told, in so many words, 'talk to your bank, this conversation is over, and good day sir'.

Dicks. Guess I'll start looking for somewhere else to play, and withdraw the money I have on their site.

an option is to buy money on the transfer market here on 2+2 at a discount.

and yes those fees come from your bank and not from ACR.

this happened to me each time as well, thats why i only use p2p on the forum now to get money on the site. its not "your bank". yes your bank will/might charge you a foreign transaction fee. however acr's processor not only "charges an odd amount" (imo to throw off feds etc) so 100 might become 102.40 which you get the 102.40 credited so its not too bad there. however their processor also charges a fee which the acr reps told me they werent supposed to and if they did "it was currency exchange fee" ?? so your 100 turns into 102.40 which turns into like 105 and then the next day your bank turns it into like 107 or 108. and you only get the 102.40 in your account.

anyways in my case, i was able to print out a statement from my bank (being green dot) and highlight the transactions that they supposedly overcharged me by scanning and emailing and they ended up giving me a (partial lol) refund of the extra fees.

acr even stated to me that part of the fees is from their processor which it erroneously has been charging ppl for a while now. this is straight from their customer service to me.

And this is exactly why I'm pissed. Their processor (and by extension, ACR themselves) has been scamming people out of an extra $2-3 every time someone deposits money. That is what is bullsh*t to me, and why I think ACR owes me almost $9.

And since ACR has admitted this, and not changed processors, they should eat the extra amount we've been charged by depositing the same into our account.

I don't intend to throw more incendiary material on your fire here...because I do get why you're pissed...really I do.

But don't expect any money back.

What processor in its right mind would allow deposits from US players? The one(s) they have is/are willing to take that risk at a steep vig that will be passed on to you. They're not going to change any processor that is willing to do this business.

No problem with your post Eric. However, they should disclose this up front though.
