You don't need to worry about entering the city. Just make sure the name is spelled correctly, you have the right country, it's set to be picked up in US dollars (it will go to w/e currency is standard for the country you're sending to unless changed), and that you select "money in minutes" picked up at location.

Thanks for the reply. When you mean "money in minutes" do you mean pay via debit/credit card? I don't see an option to selecting money in minutes when picked up at location.

No? Money in Minutes is how you are sending the WU. There is a few options like next day, 3-5 day, etc and the fees vary. The one you want is money in minutes. I'm pretty sure that it's one of the first things you select before you even get to the screen that you enter in all the receiver information.

Just requested a withdrawal, will keep it updated probably lol. (I always seem to forget to post, the primary reason I would is just b/c I know IHazTheNutz keeps track of this stuff.)

Also FWIW, it's my first cashout request. Every other time I took money ACR off has been P2P.

Any of you debit guys always receive a few dollars less than what was requested onto your card? This is my 3rd $2500 cash out in a row where I get $249x. its annoying I always have to talk to customer chat to request a few dollars back

After a back and forth w/ ACR, I still haven't had my cashout processed or confirmed.

FWIW, the first parts of the conversation were verifying how much and by what method I wanted a cashout. The last email they sent was a, "which cheque should we send first" email. I responded two days ago and haven't gotten a response back, so I sent another today.

I will be very dissapointed if I don't get an email back today confirming that they're processing my payout.

Mine is always a little less when going on the card pretty sure it says it's a loading fee. I've never requested it back

The card charges a monthly maintenance fee and some other stuff, so I always just assumed it's for fees. It's never been more than like $10 off so I've never cared enough to even ask about it. Still cheaper than any other method and I get my money in 2-3 days tops so losing $10 is w/e.

Received a check for $2,995 this week and mailed it to credit union. Now the bank is calling me with questions about the deposit, what should I tell them?

didn't bounce but they were just asking more information? Based on the company that cut it, which i don't know...just make up an answer based on that if it sounds like an internet company then you did freelance web development duties etc who knows, any semi legit answer should get them off ur back I think?

Anyone have experience with WU vs check withdrawals in recent times? The fees are steep for WU but will they really come that much faster vs check? If it's just a few days instead of few weeks, I would pay the fees but if it's almost the same think I'll just wait out for a cheque.

Support told me 48hrs for processing then 48hrs for do it but not sure if that's accurate, so maybe a few days? U do know about the hefty fees for those right? 1-1.5k is $110 in fees I think it was...

Also for those that have done check were those wait times just for the standard check or who all did carrier check for the extra fee? Support said 5 days instead of 3-5 weeks for carrier vs the normal free version.

Got verified this morning,
Requested via courier right now 7/15
and requested form for debit card 7/15, will update but was just wondering...

I did a WU withdrawal and got my mtcn the next day. Unfortunately, something happened on WU's end and they voided the transaction. BCP then told me I was ineligible for money transfers. (I finally got blacklisted?)

I opted instead for a check, which I received 12 days later.

I deposited the check on June 24, I believe, and my credit union has yet to clear the funds. I hope they don't wait too long. Will update.

All good now, called them back and they actually didn't need any of that information, they just wanted to make sure that I'm okay with the $30 fee to cash the check (apparently because it's from Canada?)

Also, they told me it's going to take 3-4 weeks for them to deposit it... The past 6 checks cleared immediately so I'm not sure why this is.

I don't see the carrier check option in the BCP client, is it something I have to personally request from the cashiers department or am I missing something?

Yes I heard it from support and I just emailed them to put it through manually as I didn't see the option in the cashier and didn't want it to get mistaken for a normal check withdrawal, so far it's processing as of today but not yet approved.
