I’m waiting on a cashout out as well. From my experience it usually is completed in a few hours. I’m almost at 2 days now.

Welcome to: Crypto cashouts 101:

Once you request some BTC`s you can always trace them through any blockchain explorer: https://www.blockchain.com/explorer as soon as it hits the Blockchain that as far your poker room can control it.

At that point, you just need to wait for the "miners" to add your transaction to the actual blockchain so those BTC`s actually belong to you, this usually takes just a few minutes.

There are a few factors that might delay it for days (No relation with your pokeroom):

- You are not using a "True Wallet", such as coinbase for example. They are fairly good but they are more like a "bank" and are often overwhelmed and might suffer huge delays on top of the ones the blockchain may experience.

- Elon Musk tweets anything about crypto (LOL) I mean, the "crypto world" reacts to major events which usually means the "mempool" gets... jammed. (way too many transactions happening at once)

How to solve it:

- Use an alternative Cryptocurrency such as LTC, ETH, USDT etc.. people in this thread will gladly share their experiences
- Use a "TRUE WALLET", way less trouble. I use a Trezor, but are plenty of options out there.
- Stay tune with major crypto news, that might cause a major market reaction, I often read https://cryptopanic.com/

Coinbase trade Cryptos and they don't (can't) follow what you do with your coins.

Here is another source might be useful: https://fortune.com/2020/10/16/coinb...w-enforcement/

Yet, the best way to have peace in your mind and heart is by getting a true wallet. Mycelium or trezor will do.

Peace!
Hi I am new to online poker.
So lets say I get a trezor wallet and keep withdrawing my poker winnings to it for a year.
Now at the end of the year I want to use the money to let’s say pay off my car, then how do I go about liquidating that money and not being flagged for anything?

Coinbase pro does not have these issues, can't speak about coinbase as I don't use them.

Regardless, I fail to see how them being busy impacts someone getting a withdrawal. Once the transaction is confirmed on chain, the money is credited to your account.

First, I wouldn't want to hold anything in crypto for a long period of time. It's too volatile. Second, you're asking how to commit tax fraud. If you're in the US, it's not worth it.

Is there anywhere that I can see the results from past WPV series, or at least the most recent OSS?

you probably aren't gonna find it in the wpn deposit/withdrawal/cashier thread but just checking the lobby for finished mtts or sharkscope is probably your best bet of finding anything

Curious if anyone has had issues withdrawing from an unverified account? (sending in the valid documents)

Is there any issue with depositing onto WPN from a binance wallet directly or is it advised to withdraw to a hardware wallet first?

Thanks.

Save yourself the headache and send to your personal wallet first. It's only an extra 20-30 minute wait. Surely you're not that impatient to risk your accounts getting closed over an extra 30 minutes.

Of course not why im asking first. For clarity Im not in the US my binance account is a ROW account not binance.US. Its much easier to deposit with something like tron which has a 13 cent withdrawal fee on binance vs withdrawing BTC at $30 per transaction then paying another fee to deposit on WPN

A minute, literally. Check the tracking to see where it's at. Crypto went cuckoo for two hrs this afternoon, California time. Maybe it screwed up your transfer somehow

I see almost everyone using crypto to cash out. Has anyone in the US used a check as a withdrawal method? I know it takes longer and the limit is lower, just wondering if it's still viable, and if there's any reason not to do checks if I don't care about the length and lower limit?

Yeah, don't. There is a good chance you will have an issue with your bank for foreign bank deposit. Its not 100%, but the odds are high

I reside in Canada and I don't see Interac or other e-wallet beside EcoPayz like Luxon for withdrawals. I don't have exp with crypto and I rather not go through mailed paper paper checks. I wonder what others typically use to withdraw funds.

Use Crypto Bro, there is nothing better. LTH, BCH, BTC you won`t regret it, and it`s never too late to get into the crypto world.

Tried depositing through Moneygram. It's been over 24 hours with no money in my account. Contacted support and havent heard anything back. I know I shouldve used Bitcoin, but its 7 days you have to wait to send Bitcoin through Coinbase after purchasing Bitcoin, and was hoping to not have to wait that long.
