Im in the midst of applying for a debit card- submitted the pprwork a couple of weeks ago and sent an email yesterday to check on the status. I received the following reply:

We are sorry to inform you that the applications for the Debit are delayed. At this moment we are in the process of forwarding your application and verifying all documents provided with the bank that issues the cards. We are also in the process of introducing a new Debit Card provider that will help us to reduce the delays we have faced with current one.

From this point on, we are expecting to receive the tracking numbers in 4 more weeks. We do realize the inconveniences that this situation may cause and apologize for the situation.

Rest assure that we are finishing the process to make sure that this delays are corrected.


So this sucks but at least they told me whats going on. Im not sure how this affects current card holders.

I had a cashout hit my card this morning.

I am going to be moving in less than a month. How can I go about changing my address and contact info with BCP?

Keep in mind that I haven't even verified my name/location formally with BCP, yet. I plan on doing that at the new address.

Wait until you have bills from you new address then submit it then. No big deal. Also it is business day 37 and Still waiting for information and or money from BCP. Still left in the dark. Would recommend cashing out via WU for future player cash outs as from what I am reading from forums they are being paid out in a timely manner. Where as for checks BCP has pushed back there guaranteed delivery date 4 times now and don't know where my money is. PLUS they want me to pay for the check to be cancelled.. THEN, they want me to pay fees for my next cash out. SMH. Worst customer experience of my life.

After a long wait.. FINALLY received info from BCP.. My check is no where to be found according to BCP. They are as clueless as I. Instead that payment will be erased. My account refunded and immediately removed for WU processing. I will be receiving WU's with no fees to make up for this mishap. They are taking accountability. Which I am extremely thankful. Squeaky wheel truly gets the grease. Will keep updates as to when I receive the $.

For them to not make me pay fees is most assuredly a step in the right direction as well as trying to build good faith which is appreciated.

What was the quickest timeframe you new prepaid debit guys actually got the card in your hand? I submitted all my forms 2 weeks ago and was told from more than one online chat rep that when approved the card should arrive 1-2 days. On 10/21 the email said all my infos been sent to the financial institution for approval. Basically i expected the card to be in my hands in 2.5 weeks at the most from the moment i was told the forms were sent in to the bank. Well today was i told the forms were actually sent in on 11/2 and have to wait another 3-4 weeks to see if im approved with the chance i could still be rejected. When i go on online chat on 11/25 next time, are they gonna tell me the forms were actually sent in on 11/21?? I think they're stalling payouts for new players

Anyone else having trouble depositing a paper check into a Bank of America account?

From what I've heard - Simply go to a BoA ATM machine and deposit the check that way.

I haven't tried it myself yet but I've seen numerous reports around the web stating that they've done it this way successfully.

it depends on how much u withdrawal, it is listed under the cashout FAQ in the cashier.

I have the same bank and had the same problem. You cant deposit a check
through the ATM you must go inside and have it deposited manually. If Im not mistaken, These checks are international checks ( mines have always been Canadian checks) they have one less routing number then American checks so the ATM cant read them. Go inside deposit the check, next day your funds should be available.

Not entirely correct, my bank has been sitting my check which was deposited inside for 4 days but according to them it has only been 2 business days. I was told typically 48hours, but sometimes up to 10 business days and on very rare occasions they will hold it for up to 8 weeks til the check clears.

Personally, I would recommend getting WU or getting the card. I have already ordered my card. Also, I did a few withdraws on Carbon as well with Canada checks and never had it pending over 24hours.
