when i contacted the supervisor he stated i had no block on my account, but i can now request a check but only thru via email so i sent a email about 4 hours ago and still waiting for a response..

Quick message bout the debit card withdrawals. U can only request one per week and if u request a 2nd withdrawal within 7 days of 1st request ur 2nd withdrawal will b declined so make sure u wait 7 days between transactions

Has anyone had success using prepaid Visas to deposit? I couldn't find confirmation or anything about it in the zillion page threads. The last time I used my bank debit card to deposit (I think it was on Carbon), the bank locked my account for like 2 weeks. Just wanting to make sure I don't go through that again.

yes prepaid visas do work but only netspend. Others that i know of don't allow international spending like Green Dot.

I'm pretty sure real GDMP cards work (the one's in one's name that one has to get in the mail).

i have Green Dot card they ban international spending. They won't let you use it.

im ganna try the netspend prepaid card today or tom since my debit card was declined for international use.

You can try and contact your bank or card provider and ask them to allow international transactions. If they ask why just say internet purchase. They usually ban it because of protection against online scammers.

I made a small deposit last night with my bank debit card. So far, no troubles. Also, I read that initial cashouts can take a couple of weeks to set up, but that was a post from quite some time ago...does this sound pretty accurate still?

Hmm i have a BCP and ACR account. I had them both before BCP Join Winning Poker. But why are deposit options different. My min deposit is $10 on acr max $250 while on BCP min is $49 max $999. For Debit card

they essentially need it for your mastercard debit card. Like signing up for a Debit card anywhere else except they do it for you they need your info for the application process. If your that worry you can always send a State ID.

State ID is not enough. They want state ID + social security CARD not just the number

give them the passport then or just takes checks.

I installed the update today (ACR) and now my comp crashes within seconds of opening a table, even if I'm just observing. Anyone else have this problem/know what's wrong? Everything else works great on my computer.

Ordered Debit Card from BCP. Was sent out on the 1st of this month. I just got a call from DHL today and was told it was being detained by US Customs, and the process could take 30 to 90 days to release if it's released at all. I've emailed support at BCP and they told me they have contacted the bank and are waiting on what to do next. Really, I'm at a loss for words. Please help me ACR or BCP rep.

Here is my DHL tracking to date. And just to let yall know the clearance event on the 10th does not mean it cleared customs according to import lady at DHL.

i will say their WU deposits take a while when they shouldnt...
last 2 deposits took over 2 hours, and when i go to customer service to ask why they say WU is still reviewing your transaction and wont let us pick it up yet..
I called WU each time and they say the money is ready to be picked up whenever someone comes to pick it up it is ready...
I tell them i called WU and they still give me bs
if im waiting hours and hours i think at least my fees should be covered but no..
Its suppose to be money in minutes not money in hours.


Other than this support is really good, just frusterating for deposits

if you deposit by sending cash to some ones bank and they transfer it to your BCP account you just have to play a certain amount to be able to cash out down the road right?


thinking about just playing a few tourneys on Sunday next week with a couple hundred bucks
