The dollar amount isn't the point - the principle is. I'm sure you can comprehend why that's important.

What principle do you think is at stake here? No one's suggesting you just forget the $50, but that you have a little patience. Within an hour and a half of depositing, you had already started a thread declaring that WPN had stolen your money. You were talking about doing a chargeback after less than 5 hours. It's now been about 12 hours, and it seems apparent you've sent several and perhaps dozens of emails, as if that's going to speed things up.

I get that bitcoin deposits should be quick. And yes, poker sites ideally should either have a way to chat/speak directly with customers, or be quick to respond to emails about deposits. But unfortunately, that often isn't reality. Hearing back within hours is not the norm on poker sites, whether it should be or not. And there is nothing fraudulent about what's happened thus far. The suggestion to reach out to them on Twitter was a good one, so I'd recommend taking that step, and then giving it a rest for the remainder of the day.

Please keep any future posts about this issue in this thread. Thanks. And good luck.

What are they doing, floating some deposits?
As I said, you were just "Overworried" deposit and withdrawal delays happen every now and then, due to multiple and diverse factors, this thread is full of them, I don`t recall a single one of them as an un-honored payment-deposit, but is far from "strange"

Now, you don`t really expect them to tell you exactly what caused the delay. 24 hours seems a fair time window to allow them to conciliate your deposits without sound an alarm.

Since paper check takes too long and it's inconvenient (due to covid and travel to the bank) I only have one e-wallet available, which is EcoPayz here, but they froze my account until I provide some "source of funds" documents.

My question is if I am not earning other income and living at an address where my name is not on any of the bill payments, what document can I obtain that would resolve my issue?

You should try Crypto Currencies, far easier, and you`ll get lots of help and advice around here. https://www.americascardroom.eu/cryptocurrency/

Thanks Pietro,

Is crypto the cheapest and safest method most prefer for large transactions? Bitcoin is also still the primary crypto or is there another that's as good if not better? I know Ethereum is quite popular too.

Anyone get check withdrawals from WPN lately? With all the stuff about crypto fees and exchanges getting difficult I might just be fine getting old style paper checks, Don't mind waiting a month or so if I know there is no hassle..

Anyone else finding it impossible to paste an address in the crypto withdrawal screen? Been having the issue since this morning.

It's always been like that for me, copy it and then push your Ctrl V keys in the withdrawal screen.

Is this something they do now and then? Just steal a deposit and insist they never received it, knowing that we have no recourse?
Over a week later...any update?

The fact that they received the money and then held onto it for a period of time is what was strange.

They did get back to me eventually. Someone named Clark apologized and told me that the payment was now marked as "approved" and sure enough, it was in my wpn account. Why they held onto a deposit for a period of time before crediting the account is very strange. Of course, I asked him what occurred here but haven't heard back.

He got it before your last post already.

LOL, I didn't even notice because of his replies afterwards, and apparently my reading skills need some work. Thanks!

Shockingly, WPN didn't steal his deposit after all.

Is using blockchain still the best method to withdraw? Or has it changed since they also buy/sell crypto now?

I have never done anything over $1K, so can`t speak for "Large" transactions, Bitcoin is the most popular crypto out there but not the only one, wd $100K mixing different cryptos should be really easy though. They bragged some time ago about sending $1M+ to a venom winner to set a Guinness record, so they can send large amounts for sure, my limit is currently set to $10K (Not that have needed any higher than that)

For experience and other users in this thread, BCH and LTC are nice alternatives to BTC.

Crypto fees are super cheap, where you get that? BTC is the only one that might get really fluctuating fees due to it`s high demand, simply use BCH or LTC and you`ll be paying pennies. Waiting a month for a check is already a hassle so don`t even try it.

YES, It`s still the best method.

An advice to you all:

- You need a wallet: I have Trezor and mycellium both processes multiple coins, to get any money here fees are just pennies
- You need an "Exchange" here you'll turn your cryptos into USD (fiat), I personally do some long term hoardings and trade between friends whenever I need cash
- Avoid "bullish" periods this when BTC fees get really high (Whenever Elon Musk says something about crypto LOL)

Requested mid 4 figure cash out about 8 hours ago in BCH, received it before I woke up. Pretty fast turn around.

I think I verified my account 4-5 times over the last 10 years. Every so often for some reason I’m forced to certify my account. This time I have to verify some credit card on file , front and back plus authorization/identity form. Does anyone know what this authorization form is or where to find it?

Thx.

Some things don't make sense to me about this network.

1) It's in the top 2 (at least right now IMO) for cash games in terms of rakeback (rake return) yet there's only $10 and $50 NL, and always no traffic at all at $25 NL Blitz.

2) It allows players from US compared to other networks, which makes it further more confusing why 25 NL (which is considered low/mid stakes) has no traffic.

There's absolutely no reason anyone should start playing cash games at the GG Network or Pokerstars at low stakes since both offer much worse or no rake compared to WPN.

Figured it out. Just needed to send in front and back of card I had used in past.

I see you can deposit/withdraw via tether usdt on wpn. If you choose this option of withdrawing, what chain are they sending from? Is it the ER-20 or binance smart chain or Tron?

So the tether wallet you have... the chain thats it on... must match the chain that wpn is sending from otherwise they transfer won't go through? I heard there is ERC-20 chain, Binance chain and Tron Chain?

What chain is coinbase/binance or nano ledger use for Tether? I assume its ER-20? Heard ERC-20 is more expensive for sending. I would be planning to receive the usdt to nano ledger and then sending it to coinbase or binance.

So this is my first time trying to play on ACR. I sent 1k ETH and it's been confirmed over 130 times now. Still no funds in my account. Is Virtual Assistant and email really the only way to get in touch with these people? I really hate having my money in limbo.

Surprisingly they use Omny chain Tether which is weird. At least have the ERC-20 token. So I wouldn’t even bother. Would be nice if they offered USDC, Tether erc-20 and tron version even, as well as DAI. I’d think a lot of their customers would like not having to deal with fluctuations in price esp during high volatility.
