How often are you able to request bitcoin withdrawals without a fee? No max?

First time playing online and things actually have gone rather smoothly. I deposited about 3 weeks ago and just cashed out some of my profits for the first time from ACR with no hassle. I received an email almost immediately confirming my withdrawal, but info on the client was rather limited leaving me in limbo for ~24 hours until it hit my 3rd party wallet.

$500 req: 5/26 7:35 P.M.
$500 rec: 5/27 7:15 P.M.

Requested BTC cashout last friday 5/22 from BCP, received email on 5/27 that my cashout had been cancelled. "There has been a problem processing your recent payout. Please contact customer service."

I sent them an email but still havent heard from them. If i try to initiate a new withdrawal, I have zero options for cashing out...not even P2P.

Anyone experiencing this?

Hi All,

New to this forum and new to ACR in last few months. I made a withdrawal using the free check/bank draf option on May 12 and it was processed on May 14 according to my financial history. I'm now seeing people say everything ranging from 1 week to 8 weeks for these checks to arrive to the States (Colorado). Does it really fluctuate this much? I initally figured 2 weeks max but obviously thats not the case.

Thanks.

Yes, totally random although I think 1 or 2 weeks is ambitious.

Save time and frustration, learn bitcoin. Much better option amd fast

Yup, learned my lesson there. Have no idea how to use bitcoin but I guess I'll learn for next time. Won't deposit again until I receive this check, this is their chance to earn my business long-term with a successful payout. Also was forced to fill in Address Line 2 when requesting the check, wouldn't process the form without it filled out so I just put "N/A". Hoping that wont screw up the mailing process.

Thanks for the reply.

nope! use a third party wallet always. they can/will close your account if the funds come directly from address related to gambling. go from ACR -> your own personal wallet -> coinbase/cashapp to sell it and get it to your bank.

Bitcoin cash out requested 5/24 - Received 5/29

Seems like 4 figure cash outs are taking a couple days but never had a problem.

I tried to send bitcoin to acr for the first time, I am a total bitcoin newb

I bought through coinbase via US bank account, was going to transfer to blockchain to send to acr, but it's saying I am unable to send off coinbase for 6 days until deposit clears??? so I'm stuck with bitcoin just sitting there???

what did I do wrong?

you didnt do anything wrong, unfortunately thats one of the limits of coinbase/gemini and why i prefer cashapp. if you dont want to gamble on the ups and downs of bitcoin, i recommend selling it, waiting till the deposit clears, then buy it and transfer to blockchain.

edit: gemini/coinbase put a hold on bank transfers essentially to verify that funds are legit I believe, but it's a PITA for trying to load money onto sites.

so how do people get money on acr instantly? should I use cashapp to purchase, send to blockchain and then to acr? they don't make you wait?

in my experience, cashapp doesnt make me wait any deposit time but ive had cashapp for awhile now. cashapp -> wallet -> acr is how i've done it and had no issues

Yep, that's the way I do it.

For withdrawals, just reverse the method back to cashapp or coinbase and transfer to bank.

When you purchase Bitcoin are you using funds already on cashapp or your bank account? If bank account is the Bitcoin available to send right away to block chain, you don't have to wait until it clears the bank?

Not too happy I have to have the Bitcoin sit on coinbase for 6 days, I read up on the process and didn't see that indicated anywhere, it seemed like I could send it right away. Don't really want to sell because than I'm going to pay fees two more times. Ugh

for me, i dont carry a balance on cashapp, it jsut gets charged to my checking account instantly but bitcoin is also available within 1-2 minutes to send where i please, no restrictions. the only restrictions cashapp has is on dollar amounts (how much btc you can buy per week, i think something like 1-2k?)

You can do it either way, add cash to your cashapp balance then use that to buy bitcoin or just buy bitcoin straight from your linked bank account. As long as your account is verified, the bitcoins you purchase are available immediately for withdrawal. From the time I buy BTC on cashapp to depositing on ACR, probably takes me roughly around 10 mins or so depending on the blockchain traffic at the time.

Attempted to transfer a large amount from my ACR account into the sportsbook earlier today, the funds were removed from my poker account and have not yet arrived in my sports balance or returned to my poker balance. After IM chatting with a chat representative, they referenced me a phone number to call - upon calling this number I received an automated message stating "error with forwarding" and I was disconnected. I then sent the ACR support an e-mail today detailing the situation. Will update as the situation progresses, planning on attempting to escalate if there is no response by Tuesday.

it's the weekend, in their FAQ they clearly state that cashier staff is working mon-friday (well at least on bcp).

Cashouts also usually take 3 working days, no idea about sportsbook tho

I requested 3k btc on 5-27 and it just got put back into my acr acxoubt. I never received any message about cancellation and I have withdrawn and deposited with bitcoin previously and recently.

I emailed support and started another withdrawal - this happening with others? Is it usually working itself out on the second try? Thanks for any feedback
