I have never gotten an email confirmation....If you go to the deposit or withdrawal section of the cashier and click on the transaction history you should see your pending withdrawal

Nothing was showing over there either, but I have not checked today to see what's going on.

Just submitted BTC withdraw request. No confirmation email yet but my account balance is reduced accordingly and I took screenshots for proof later just in case.

I doubt you’ll receive a confirmation email. The money will just show up in your BTC account within 72 hours, but probably sooner.

I always video tape my entire withdrawal and deposit processes, just in case. But I’ve never had any issues.

Does anyone know if the rates they give you if you withdraw or deposit in altcoins like litecoin are pretty fair? I recall a while back someone mentioned that if you use any other coin besides bitcoin, its like 6 percent worst you are getting... but i don't recall if this was with wpn or betonline. Which one was it? And do they still have the issue right now? Example you withdraw via litecoin.

Received an email from support roughly 36 hours later. They asked me to confirm the cash out amount, BTC address, and also give the date and amount of my last deposit. I don't know my previous deposit details since it has been a long time since making one, and the history on the poker client doesn't show it. So I replied with the total and address, explanation as to why providing previous deposit details wasn't feasible, screenshot of the blank poker client financial history, and details about my last cash out.

I ran into the same thing... I was temp banned. Best to talk with Winning TD or go to live chat and hope you can get someone that will let you shoot deposit amount guesses (that's what I did) and dates, if you don't know the exact BTC transfer amounts... You should be able to look up your BTC transfer amounts and dates on your BTC site and go from there.

It doesn't help you now, but I make notes on which BTC is the deposit to the site... I suggest you do this in the future as well; and best of luck.

Edit: I should mention.. I explained it to them exactly the same as you note above; that it's not on their own financial transactions page etc, so I'm wasn't sure... I also asked them to email me my financial transactions to my account email and they refused... While using the live chat feature, I had to go through 4 reps before someone could understand what I was saying, and help me out (allowing me to guess at it); I happened to get it right on the second guess. Admittedly, if it had been a long time, I would have been up ****'s creek.

REally best of luck!

are you using it by itself ? ACR -> Kraken -> bank account

or as a replacement for binance or coinbase/gemini in the following:
ACR-> binance -> gemini/coinbase -> bank account
Any exchange in the US (especially serving/located in NY) hires "blockchain analysis" groups like chainalysis to tell regulators bitcoin is all about safety and security and following kyc/aml etc etc.

They monitor the bitcoin addresses ACR, Bovada, BOL and others are using and what IP's are used to send requests to the bitcoin blockchain (where they can track).

A lot of people use coinjoin, wasabi wallet or mixing services to make the coins "Fungible" until a 100% solution to privacy related issues is found for people's transactions. There isn't really anything wrong with the coins you get from gambling operators (I WILL TAKE THEM!!!) but if you are a US resident, it gets harder and harder to use the banking system with anything that regulators wouldnt let pass through the banking system (for now).

Other alternatives are just holding them on a wallet, swapping for an altcoin and back into bitcoin, using one of those bitcoin credit cards MIGHT work...there are also exchanges like bisq that are decentralized and wont ask for kyc/aml

i am a US citizen and might want to withdraw to a US bank account but dont currently live in the US. Either way , and like you described, i thought the restriction had to do with the exchanges themselves (coinbase, gemini). is it also to do with your location/ citizenship?

what about kraken which has been recommended in this thread ? is it equivalent to bisq? can it be used as the only exchange between ACR and a bank account (US or foreign)?

This might not be the right forum - sorry. Is anyone aware of a way to change table sounds on ACR? Before the software update I was able to replace table sounds with my own custom ones, but now I can't even find the folder with the sounds in them.

The other WPN was the right thread. Give it a day, a poster who might have an answer might be asleep in a different part of the world. With that in mind if you don't get answer in a day or two, then reposting is fine and try posting at least 6 hours earlier for when thread is busiest.

I am guessing blobbloblob's issue was resolved? I had the same thing. Requested withdrawal 2 days ago, no email and then I check my account today and the money is back in my account. The request never showed up in my financial history report either.

I am going to try again and see what happens.

same thing , 2nd request has been in for ~36hrs, first once was put back after ~12. also no response from support in the same timeframe of the 2nd request(or confirmation mail on my support request, which I don't remember if ACR does)

last time this happened (waiting 3 day for withdrawal) i contacted support and magically it was "on its way"

kind of annoying after they were just making such a big deal of their "Guinness record" of the biggest and fastest bitcoin payout for the winner of the venom tournament

Sorry got a lot of questions, first time withdrawing using crypto. US citizen, trying to withdraw around $2k.

-So is withdrawing using ACR --> Blockchain --> Coinbase safe or not? Anyone done it recently? I've seen a few different opinions on it. I deposited using CB --> Blockchain --> ACR with no problems. Would it help to trade the coins between a few different Blockchain accounts before moving to Coinbase or will that make no difference?

-Is BTC the best crypto to withdraw with? I deposited with ETH because the fees were lower. Has anyone withdrawn with ETH or recommend another coin?

So they just rejected the transaction and banned the account right? They didn't keep the coins?

Thanks in advance for any help.

I'm also going to be using crypto for the first time and have similar questions. I'd also like to revisit the earlier question about where Kraken/Binance fit into your withdrawal/deposit chain.

I just set up a Coinbase and Blockchain account so that I can go CB->BC->ACR (or wherever) for deposits, and then reverse that for withdrawals, because that's what I was told to do. Haven't used anything yet; this stuff is still all just names to me, and I'm just sort of blindly following instructions. So if I need to substitute something called Kraken or something called Binance for one of those steps, I'd like it to be clear as possible where and how so I don't unexpectedly run into problems/delays when I make my first withdrawal. Also curious about fees. I signed up for Coinbase Pro, as I was told there are no fees if you were willing to wait a little longer, but I'm still unclear how BC (or other site's like Kraken or Binance) fees might work. Especially in regards to fairly frequent but 2-3 digit withdrawals.

Thanks.
