Hello!
I have an account on ACR (bbbkls) and it was suspended 11.18.18. Support did not tell me a reason. Documents was sent and account is certified. And account is still suspended. Today (more than 1 month is left!!) support answer me:

We hope this email finds you well, It's a pleasure for us to assist you.
Depending on the circumstances of your investigation it is possible for us to take a very long time. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

I won cash in a tourney on ACR, where I had entered after an email saying I had a free entry. I submitted the cashout request (Bitcoin), but I wonder if there is some rake percentage requirement -- or 3-day waiting period -- for money won through a free entry from an email enticement?? Also, how soon can I expect the cashout to go through these days. (I haven't cashed out of ACR in some time, so I have no idea.) It's been only 13 hours so far, and so it is still early in the process, just wondering what to expect here.

According to the public data compiled in the most up to date "Offshore Poker Payout Report", 1.19 days average payout speed (bitcoin).

Then it should go through any time now. But isn't there a 3 day wait after a deposit? Do they consider my free entry plus win a "deposit" I wonder.

The cashout came through at the 1.6 hour point!! Won $5K in 2nd place in a slots tourney. Got very lucky. Will use it to pay credit cards, and I now am through with this gambling stuff.

I wish I could bet against you. Nothing personal, but it screams degenerate

With that said, I truly hope you stick to your plan and use my sarcastic remark as motivation to prove me wrong.

Congrats on your win and reduction in debt.

Credit cards are a form of debt slavery.

AVOID.

Why the hell are bitcoin cashouts taking forever now??? Last two I did took like 8hrs max!! Now 48hrs later it's still at "pre-approved" stage? Pre-approved??? What is this bull**** list of steps about? "Pre-Approved: The transaction has been approved and will be credited or paid out as soon as possible."
After this step is "Processing: Your transaction is in the process of being credited or paid." Then it's "Approved: Transaction has been completed successfully."
So who's doing this "pre-approving"?? Whoever it is PRESS THE ****ING BUTTON AND SEND IT. jfc

Processing at most gambling sites involves a 3rd party who actually handles the moving of the money. There may be issues with the exchange(s) a site uses, the processor itself, the blockchain of the crypto-currency one is using, your account may have been flagged for deeper security checks because of actions you took or players you played against, etc.

Two days is not a long time to wait. Try to take some deep breaths and calm yourself. There are still people reporting payouts in a timely manner and thus, no need to panic and SCREAM on the Internet.

Well there's a specific reason it goes from 8hrs per transaction to 60hrs but whatever. I like to scream on the internet it's therapeutic and as long as I feel better that's the main thing.

No reason that:

a) you will ever know
b) is worthy of hysterical postings on 2+2

hi im in the UK, just wondering can I deposit into ACR with Bitcoin via Coinbase? And then withdraw directly back to Coinbase? It appears they dont support any wallets like Skrill and the deposit limits suck with Visa + you cant withdraw to Visa. So I want to do Bitcoin deposit, Coinbase -> ACR -> Coinbase is that even possible?

That is something you can do but anyone you talk to will recommend that you use one extra wallet in between counbase and ACR. Yes this will add some fees but it also takes away some risk of red flags on coinbase. That option would look like:

Coinbase >>> Blockchain >>> ACR

Blockchain is one of several options for that intermediary wallet i believe. There is also a thread on this forum for p2p transfers which is allowed by ACR so that can be a really easy way to swap for funds also

While I doubt I'll get official help on this, I have cashed out several times with crypto's. It takes a few days for some reason, but I get this response after a few days of waiting.

"When we tried to process your payment, it appears that the address you requested your check is not a physical address. For security purposes, our banking institutions require that our checks are not sent to PO Boxes. Please make sure to request your check to a physical address, so that we can send your payment to your earliest convenience."

Really a check??? For Cryptos?

Go look at post 14249 on the “ex-official WPN” thread. I’ve had a lot of success expediting things by staying on them via telephone

Haven't played on this site in over a year and I was wondering, is bitcoin still the best way to deposit and withdrawl to and from the site?

I recently attempted a withdrawal and got this reply:

"Be kindly advised that your withdrawal is based on a player to player transfer. Funds received from player to player transfers are meant for you to fund your account in order to access the games we offer. You can cash out any earnings coming from our games but you must generate at least 10% of rake revenue over the amount transferred to be eligible for a payout."

I heard 1x rollover is standard and expected that I already would have easily met that, but that's not the case here if it's worded correctly. If the amount transferred was $300, this means I have to generate $330 of rake, which means it's really a 22x rollover at 5% rake. Is this correct? Thankfully it is not a meaningful amount of money if true, but I don't put in very much volume and it would be annoying to have to devote extra time just so I can get the money off.

As far as I know you just need to generate $30 rake.

That should be easy to do in one sitting, then. It turns out I’ve played less on this transfer than I thought. Most of my play was on a prior transfer.

Thanks for the reply.

Hi all,

I have not reviewed thread in detail.

Have had issues with Coinbase lately, always asking for ID/information and even though I'm submitting it and going through verification.

Is there any other good/safe Bitcoin wallets where I can buy, and transfer for Deposit to Americas Cardroom that is better then Coinbase?

When are you guys going to do something about the various PLO bots that have been reported many times.

They're the exact same bot profiles that you previously banned, the same ones i had also reported many times but nothing was done until chicago joey created the videos regarding how bot infested acr is...
I guess since the heat has died down from that no one at WPN gives a ****.
