Hello,
I am looking for an update on your investigation into my account, as its been over a week since you closed it for a review.
During the last week, I have linked you to numerous cases of both gamers and poker players going far beyond what I did in both my runs in June and July. There are many more players on 2+2 who used to grind so much harder than I did, for example, during the last few weeks of December to make SNE. Many others have done high volume prop bets, which also far surpass what I did. While I am unsure of their exact play schedules, many €5 & €10 Expresso players have played well more than I have during some weeks, and I also didn’t even win my week in June. One player managed to play over 4,800 SNGs for the last leaderboard in May, this is over 1,700 more than I managed a week later.
You can see that the weeks before and after my big runs, that I do not play nearly as many, as I need to recover. I also showed you many players (GTOwizard, Sorcex, Rik-Viator, DeltaMagic, etc) who get very high volume for several consecutive weeks.
You can hopefully see from your reporting tools that I always use the same device while I am playing, and not changing computers every few hours.
I have not shared my Winamax account details, nor has anyone else played on it. I have played all hands of all the games that my account has played on Winamax. I would ask that at this time you fully unlock my account, and also award me the €750 that I would have clearly won, had you not removed me from the leaderboard. I am not asking for any additional compensation, however if I was to get some type of play through bonus for the income I have missed out on during the last week, that would be much appreciated.
I look forward to returning to Winamax and going for the top of the Expresso Challenge leaderboard once again asap.

... and no reply. 9 days passed since the new person from Winamax Staff took over the investigation and i received no update on the situation. Account still frozen
