I searched by couldn't find a thread about this venue. How are the low limit PLO games there? Are there any safety or software issues?

High raked soft games. Never had any issues with safety and the client is pretty much the best one atm imo.

Sotware is good as long as you don't masstable. Security is not always on point but probably less to worry for a Cash player than for a SNG Player like me.

Games are as above poster said very soft, but rake is I believe 6,5 Percent. Not totally sure to what extend it's beatable if you play Stakes where you don't reach the Rake Cap often.
Rakeback is also pretty good sooner or later but it takes a while to get there because you have to climb to VIP Levels which statuses are annual to make it worth it RB-wise.

There are 30 threads in this forum with Winamax in their titles.

For example:

Super-users on the site WINAMAX ???
Bots on Winamax
Winamax account banned
Winamax - account locked and funds seized
Winamax and bots of the room
WINAMAX Account frozen
Winamax stole my bankroll!
Any Dutch players got banned from Winamax as well?

Can you find these? If not, I'll be happy to give you click by click instructions on how to search.

I meant a thread like the pokerstars or partypoker one. I guess there aren't enough members playing on winamax to sustain one.

I see their official thread was here, but the last post states it was moved to a different forum. It's not official, now, but it is still active.

There are over 250 threads with Winamax in their titles in various forums. Surely you are bound to find what you need if you scan read the longer ones?

5.75% rake since the Spanish players joined. The same for limit poker. The cap depends but is like 3 euros (or not reached) and drops e.g. to 2.5 euros with 4 players. Some VIP system but I guess for most it is not much.

Yeah well I still think the VIP is pretty good for high volume players. I get like ~25% + Leaderboard Challenges (in my case ~10-15% extra Rakeback) as Diamond3, but yes, it does take quite a lot of rake to reach a Status where one can say Rakeback is a thing.

The games are usually good and the VIP system is probably one of the best at the moment if you compare it to 888/bodog/etc
However you will need a bank account in EU to withdraw.

But how many of those threads have such an eloquent and explanatory title as this one does? Clearly this is a much needed thread.

Hello,

I downloaded the software and saw some tables with French flags next to it. Does that mean french and ROW player pools are separated on Winamax?

I think it means all French players are sitting at the table at the moment. You can still sit in on them.

Hey guys regular plo50-200 here
diamond 3 doesnt gives you 25%, it is something like 18.75%,
U get only 3 points per rake
https://gyazo.com/f0f58550d6a8a42af78e7fa720a30f4a

and challenges so tough

I paid twice more rake than won per last year. In PLO too many multiway pots for this rake

5-6 max so hard to beat

Hi I'm trying to withdraw from Winamax. My account was made and validated while Canadians were allowed and I'm wondering if there is a thread for Winamax or if any other Canadians have had issues withdrawing and if they resolved it. I was able to deposit with my Visa and I'll talk to my bank and winamax support to see if they can do something.

Yeah Skrill indeed is possible on Winamax. For some reason Neteller is not. For players outside of France it seems Bank and Skrill are the options.

I'm going to try with skrill. Do you think we can send to someone else with skrill since I don't have a skrill euro account in Canada? I talked to my bank they can't get me a personal IBAN account or Euro number. I habe a skrill US account I wonder if they accept euro and just charge conversion fees. I will try that as worst case scenario.

You mean Skrill US Account as in your currency is USD? In that case yes, the money will be sent in Euros to your account, and will be credited in USD, minus a convert-fee (not sure how high that is)
To have Skrill as withdrawal method, you have to email Winamax saying you want to verify your Skrill account to have it added as withdrawal method, then send them a Screenshot of you being logged in Skrill, showing your info (personal info + account number)

Hello,

I recently contacted Winamax poker support by email looking for some information.

I currently live in the UK. I used to play on Winamax until they backed out of the UK market but will be spending some extended time across different European countries over the next few years for work. While I am abroad I hoped to play on their site while I chill in hotels.

I asked Winamax point blank which countries they currently offer their services in. This is part of their response

"You are welcome to play on Winamax from any location where the local legislation permits you to play on an online poker site licenced in France.

Unfortunately, we cannot supply you with a specific list of these countries; however, this information is made publicly available and can therefore be found through Internet research or by contacting your local government body."

It surprised me that they could not provide me with more detailed information on which territories they support. Does anyone have any information on how I can obtain this?

Kind regards

As far as I know, there is no specific list.
Countries in europe I am aware that you can, as of now,Play on Winamax are:
Serbia, Montenegro, Croatia, Belarus, Ukraine, Finland, Norway, Austria (might be I am missing some here)
As well as many asian countries

However, I am not sure if you can just play there during a trip. Normally, after your country got banned, they will require you to re-verify your account with a post code sent to your new address in the new country.

Anyone know if Ireland is accepted? The .es platform, not the french one. I know the UK isn't but I don't see any reason why Ireland wouldn't be unless someone has heard otherwise?

Why not give it a try and register? But yes Ireland definitely not available on the French one - me as German when I want to deposit I have to change my location, so I can see all available countries, and Ireland is not one of them. Ironically, Afghanistan, Iraq etc. would be possible options

Edit: that being said, as for Europe, I forgot to name countries like Luxembourg, Liechtenstein etc. In my above post
