ykwon- Right now bovada has PLO up to 10/20 running, though I can't say how many tables since they hide full tables, but there are at least 3 2/4 up, like 7 .25/50 .5/1. That's just what's visible though, so there are probably more. But it's also sunday, so more games than usual are running.

In terms of traffic it's roughly

Bovada (slight first) - Merge/Revolution (Close seconds) - Winning (Distant 3rd or 4th, I don't know how numbering schemes work) - etc.

In terms of cashout speed it's

Bovada/Winning (tie (under 2 weeks, by some methods within a few days)
Merge (2 months roughly, if you're lucky)
Revolution (Danger, all public information suggests this site is closer to demise than any of the others, I wouldn't trust my money on there) Some are waiting longer than 4 months.

if you don't have the option for a WU withdrawal via Carbon, can you add that by depositing more using WU?

i'm pretty sure pokerhost has had a not-good reputation in the last months/years, but i don't know much about their current incarnation. here is their thread which goes back a couple years: http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/28...erhost-260501/

perhaps things have changed for the better. if anyone has more recent info on it, please feel free to post it here imo! i bet there's some in that thread as well.
i played pokerhost until last fall, switching to carbon because carbon is the biggest skin and carbon was apparently reducing their cashout times from the typical 3 months that was being reported on 2plus2 last summer. pokerhost does have their own cashier and cashes you out within 24-48 hours with western union, but there is a big fee, e.g. a $200 cashout has about a $40 fee, although the percentage of the fee goes down the more you cash out. I never had any problems. I never actually had make a deposit with pokerhost as they sent me a postcard for a free $25 to sign up shortly after black Friday, no strings attached, no buy in needed, and they delivered on that.

Legally no where, except Nevada now! Ultimatepoker.com !!! Move to Vegas or Reno or Lake Tahoe and have some fun lol. If you're in a border state, you could just come over for the day or weekend and put in some online grinding hours. For those far from Nevada, I like Americas Cardroom the best by far.

I used to play on Lock and Bovada. I quit both due to cash out delays/problems. I understand that lately Bovada has been good on that. But my experience over time with them is that they are inconsistent- a few good months then several bad months then a couple of good ones then bad ones etc. Forget Lock completely...omg get away. All they do is advertise advertise advertise to keep getting suckers to deposit. I tried Americas Cardroom because they were getting rated as the best/fastest withdrawals for U.S. players. I found out that it was true. I get my cashouts within 2-4 days using their ACR debit card...at any atm. It's awesome once you get it set up. That takes a couple of weeks or so to get the card but well worth it. Some people complain about the software, but I like it. No it doesn't have a bunch of kiddy animations that you can do like Lock...but who needs that? The traffic is less, but not horrible. Getting your money quickly and without bouncing checks and waiting months should be the most important thing imo.

Yes I agree. The most important thing to any online poker player with relation to where they play at is how fast they can get their money if they end up winning. I don't care of if online poker is somewhat illegal or a grey area in this country, if it is going to take months to get your winnings then don't even bother. Just goto a casino and use the same money and if you win you get it instantly.

To answer the question, from personal experience playing on all the us poker sites, bovada is the best one.

I looked in this thread, I am probably just not seeing it but didn't see a definitive answer. Are there any poker sites that accept players from Maryland AND have been cashing people out when they request?

The situation with Lock is clear but they promised to tell their plan of payouts improvement soon afaik. 2p2 administration has turned off their ads on the forum until Lock will clearly say how they will resolve all issues.

It was a real surprise for me to hear that Bovada became bad in withdrawals - I never had problems with them and if I felt that the payout is processing longer I just contact support and everything was resolved in 1-2 days.

ACR and Blackchippoker - both rooms are the fastest in withdrawals now for sure. I can predict that they will become the leaders among all US-friendly rooms soon.
BTW don't forget about Carbon which still has great traffic and more or less acceptable payout terms.

I live in Maryland and play on Juicy Stakes. It took me over 4 months to receive my cashout and I just submitted another request. Te minimum cashout from JS is $500. I figure by the time I get this cashout, Maryland Live will have it's poker room open and my on line poker days will be over

I signed up at americas cardroom recently and signed up for rakeback through rakebrain. I forgot to put the promo code *rakebrain* in at the sign up screen. Will I still be able to get rakeback? I have yet to make a desposit.

What site has the best SNG traffic

I've tried finding this info but can't find an answer I play on carbon but it's getting worse and worse since the cash game players are leaving I'm finding my average games per day plumit.
Cash out times don't really bother me since I do have a full time job but I like playing for extra cash so it's not really money I need in a couple days or a week.

Any ideas on best traffic for sngs?

Probably going to have to play multiple sites to get the volume you might need.

Never happen.

I don't know what dimension some of you live in but in this one WPN is a rake vortex of doom.

There is SOMETHING oddly painful about playing on ACR. Can't put my finger on it, but the software seems to need overhaul. I tried, but never seem to enjoy playing in the MTTs/cash there. Very difficult to quickly read the final hand values for a hand shortly after the hand ends, too.

I like ACR, more so than any other site allowing Americans. I wouldn't play on any other network, other than legalized Nevada sites (then others when other states hop on). Traffic is meaningless to me if it takes a few months to get my money, and anonymous tables invite cheating from not just the players but the site itself. Just my opinion.

I'm from New York. Is it even worth joining a site or are they all terrible?

I can comfortably play 20 tables on merge and have withdrawn quite a few G's from various Merge sites since BF. I think merge is awesome, although they have been doing some things lately I'm not fond of like no p2p transfers, cash game rake increased, and player pool segregation. Games are not popping as frequently, hoping things pick up a bit. Cash out times vary from 4 weeks to 10 weeks is one other negative but overall, given environment for us, I am quite pleased with merge
