Is there any gift cards or a visa prepaid that i can deposit to any of the sites for USA players?? i have heard of netspend and was interested but im not so sure what kind of netspend card i will need will it work if i go buy one from walgreens or will i need to order a card off their site? has anyone tried using any cards lately, please let me know as i want to make a deposit. Will i have to register the card i get from walgreens on the cards site before the deposit? what are the chances of it working comming from USA, Also am curious to which sites have the best cashout speeds?

What are the odds of check withdrawals from Merge or Bovada bouncing? Those are the two sites I am probably going to have to give my action because the games I play run there the most.

I'm curious about this also. I need a reloadable Visa that works for international transactions. I can't seem to find any in stores or anybody that knows anything about them.

i checked at walgreens tonight and all they had was the reloadable packs, i think cvs might have them, thats my next stop on the site it says they have they and the reload packs but walgreens only gots reload packs not the card.

if i buy a netspend card if the deposit dont go through i can always make a p2p trade, just by sending the funds from my account to theirs and then rely on someone to send me the cash. would buying a netspend at a store and registering it with all my info is the same difference as getting the card with my name on it in the mail. the way i understand it is the stores sell temp cards, but also if u register online they give u a temp card before the card arrives in 7-10 days, so im pretty sure if i just buy the card from the store and give them all the needed info it will no longer be a temp card and i can then use it for international purchases

Also when will i know when my PM function in working i accidently sent a message and got an infraction, will that slow the process down for a my account to be verified for PM's

how is Merge? I'm from NY and saw that this was recently added to the list of networks I can play on. any problems with cashout/traffic/software?

edit: tried signing up for Carbon and it still didn't let me. why does it say New Yorkers can play on Merge? o_O

Merge (carbon and aced) have plenty of games as does Bovada, but the tables on Bovada are anonymous.

Hey everyone I was wondering what would be the best choice in online poker in the U.S. Mostly in regards to most legit, easy cashouts with good customer service, etc... Also does anybody have any idea if online poker will be legalized in California or at least be put on a ballot anytime soon? I feel like a lottery winner if I could play cash games on Pokerstars here!

There's a thread for this, but "best" is subjective.

Winning Poker Network has fast cashouts, but garbage software and next to no traffic.

Merge has traffic and ok software, but cashouts take 2 months+.

Bovada I guess has decent traffic and cashouts, but the software isn't great and all the tables are anonymous.

Revolution's a trainwreck (aside from Intertops, which US players can't sign up for anymore) and their main skin looks like it's out of money.

Seals with Clubs is supposed to have super fast cashouts and deposits because of the whole bitcoin thing, but I'm not sure about traffic or game quality (I can't imagine many fish dealing with bitcoins, but that's just me).

I guess if I have a Mastercard I'm **** out of luck eh? Can't find a site that takes them and all the other deposit methods are too much hassle.

This thread will probably get removed since above exists. Not too many donks in the mtts on seals with clubs. There are however some really bad players and softer games in the rngs although for reasons otatop said you wouldn't think that would be the case. Seals has made a lot of improvements in the over the month time I have been there in terms of software and mtts and mgmt is continuing to make daily improvements in mtt schedule , ring games, fractionalizing rng games as bitcoin rises and software..

Seals players have gotten better since people have been mentioning that it has soft games tho, so this isn't so much the case anymore.

It's nice to help people out, but if you do so you take money out of your own pocket.

WU cash transfers are quick and easy. You dont even have to go anywhere. WU accepts money transfer transactions online. Usually the poker site re coups you the fees also.

Merge (Carbon and Aced). Cashouts seem to be taking about two months

I think the problem of the Seals room is not in software or players. It is in the thing of bitcoin system itself.

I recommend to look at the bitcoin exchange rate charts. The rate was up to $200/coin just 1-2 weeks ago, it has fallen to $50/coin and now it is about $120/coin.
Can you please tell me HOW could the serious players deposit in such "currency"? My opinion - it will be closed very soon cause it looks like a big ponzi scheme.

There are more or less acceptable rooms like Carbon, Bovada or BCP so I don't think that the Seals room is a good option now. Lock has also a chance if they will fix the delays in payouts.
