Thanks,

I have been playing on bovada and successfully cashed out about 6 months ago. Has anyone cashed out from ACR? It looks like they have a decent rake back program. But that means nothing if cashing out is too expensive or painful to do. I am also interested in feedback for sports book poker and betonline in regards to cashing out.

What I don't get in why a site just doesn't have someone they trust on the ground, just walk in, grab your withdrawal and you're done.

You should probably read the first post of the thread.

If you have any reason to believe that's out-of-date, the site itself would be the best place to ask, and if you find out our information is incorrect, please let us know.

Yes, that would be cheap, and there would be very little risk of theft or arrest.

Wait, what?

Read the cash out / withdrawal threads. People have no problem withdrawing from ACR.

First post in this thread answers that, but yes, they do.

You are watching too many movies bro. In most of them, they run away with the money also.

If you read the thread title, you'll see that it was updated last August.

As for cashing out without problems, I'd suggest you have a look at some of the cashout threads for the different sites you can play on.

I would greatly appreciate recommendations for a poker site that has frequent play-money and/or freeroll multi-table poker tournaments. The more frequent and the more players in them, the better. Ideally, a new one every fifteen minutes or less. I am not interested in ones where you have to play in their cash games/tournaments to win a ticket to their freeroll tournaments. They don't have to offer real money prizes. It can be a Facebook/mobile/app/tablet PC game. Not interested in single-table "tournaments" like what is on the Facebook WSOP game.

I used to play the freeroll MTTs at Absolute Poker years ago. Yeah, I know. It was a rotten poker site but since I never tried to withdraw my winnings, that wasn't a problem for me. I just like seeing how much real money I could rake into my account and then just walked away from that money when that site went into its death spiral. Life then had other plans for me. Now I'd like to get back playing online MTTs.

If it matters, I'm a US citizen.

Thanks in advance!

Checkout bovada, and the winning poker network. Not sure about the merge network, I haven't been there in awhile. Good luck

This might be a stupid question, but how are these sites able conduct business in the U.S if internet poker is not supposed to be legal here? Just wondering what the reason is before putting money into the sites.

I see Pokerstars advertised all of the time but I don't see them as an option on the first page of this thread as a site for U.S. Players to play on. What's up with that?

You're working off bad information. It's not illegal, nor is it supposed to be, unless you're in Washington state, and perhaps there are a couple of others.

PokerStars does not have a license to participate in any of the regulated US markets other than New Jersey and they do not have a gaming presence established yet there. Thus, PokerStars is not available for any Americans. And when it does become available, it will NOT be a global player pool. PokerStars will only be offering its services to the players in that regulated market with no outsiders allowed.

I'm moving to NY this summer. Will I still be able to play on Bovada there? I've read you can if you've had an existing account as they don't accept new accounts to be started up in NY. Is this true? I've read people can be grandfathered in and be able to still play in NY and most importantly get payouts.

Can I ask a mod to update the first post to include which sites allow HUDs? Now that Merge has disallowed them, I think a bunch of people may be looking to move.
