I'm pretty sure Merge has Revolution beat for SnG traffic.

I'm also behind the Zion curtain. How's it going on PPN? What skin are you playing on?

Thanks.

Have a cashout pending, will update with how long it takes to receive a check.
Got my check on Friday.

Thumbs Up LTE poker. I have to say i was very impressed with the software. I kinda expected something low end and not up to standards. So i decided to join the site and even though the form of deposit was a little out of the ordinary i decide what the hell lets give this **** a shot. After making my deposit on Thursday i manage to make around $320 profit. I sent a email to request a payout. They asked me my information and 3 hours later it was deposited in my account. I was like Holy F*** !

If you are looking for tournaments right now this is not the place to be. I didnt see much of tournament action going. The cash tables was a little slow with 4 tables running and mostly was 1/2 2/4 and one 10/20. (The games are so soft)
The night seems to be the perfect spot to play here. I seen bad players and this guys playing! F*** there is a crap load of money on the tables from my impression. The 10/20 game had over 15k at one point.

This can easily be the new online poker site for US players.

I've put in a little play on the site when I heard they were accepting US players. The software is definitely on par with Merge and I might even say it's slightly better but I've only put in 2-3 hrs so far.

The traffic wasn't too good but hopefully that will change in the future. I'll be making a larger deposit on the site soon and will probably be grinding 25nl for now.

Re: LTE

On the registration page, I don't see "United States" listed in the options for country.

Checked out LTE, is it worth downloading or better off with the instant play mode?

Users of 2p2 I need all the possible help anyone can offer..
I really want to get back to playing online. And I'm having a really hard time trying to decide where to play again. I was a on Merge way before lock became revolution gaming. Then I went to lock when they became revolution gaming thinking they were going to be this god-like software. But I can't and refuse to play on lock. I can't stand the new lock software and refuse to look/play on it for more than 30 min at a time.

After some research I discovered that Bovada was now a mac friendly poker room and they are one of the best right now available to U.S. players for payout speeds. But I find their player pool to be a little small and I'm not going to say that the anonymous player thing bothers me it's more the fact that I can't use a mac friendly HUD to help improve my game a little on that site. If I could use a HUD on Bovada I'd be on their right now.

Now I used to play on Carbon at one time. At that time I was on a 30 day free trial from PT3. It was my first time using a HUD and it was my first real attempt at putting in real volume online. After a few months I ended up spewing off my entire roll in tournies because I'm a moron and its just as simple as that. However since that original venture onto Carbon I see now that they have really improved their software but I'm not a fan of their tourney structures. And unfortunately their player pool is also very small, however I feel like on Carbon their would be more regs than on Bovada but at least you would know who the regs are because you can use a HUD.

Both I feel have good deposit and withdrawal systems for U.S. players, the fees are fare, rake isn't total rape and I dont feel sketchy putting money on these sites in all honesty since Black Friday. I mean I would love if you could everything through paypal but that just isn't possible, so Western Union will just have to do for now.

To wrap it up my underlying question if you havent guessed it already is which poker room would you rather play on regularly, why and are there any particular reasons which makes one better over the other.

I always appreciate all input and opinions and if this is in the wrong forum I'm sorry. I'm still kind of new at this 2p2 life. Thank you for your time everybody.

This site doesn't get enough traffic but to me its a great place for US players to play.

You can challenge friends right now to free $10 challenge, doesn't require a download so there's really no risk.

Here's my $10 challenge link (and I suck apparently, only won 4 out of 18 so far).

On top of what this guy is asking, are any of you that post here making an income out of the options available to the US these days? If so which site? (If you don't mind. PM if you like)

I've never played on Bovada, only Bodog so I'm not sure which site I want to jump back on and grind some scratch out.

Isn't online poker "illegal" in EVERY US state?

I've been banging off the Freeroll Super Sattys on ACR. I get into the Sattys basically every night. Haven't made the Main Event yet! Not even sure about deposits..I think WU is the only way to go but I won't bother. I enjoy the FRs all day and working my way up to the final. I got there before and cashed for like $25 bucks or so...i'll get there again.

No. Only Washington state and a few others actually have state laws prohibiting online gambling.

I make a living on ****** Sportsbook which also carries a poker room.
WU and Moneygram withdrawels clear in 3-5 days ( they state longer but rarely exceeds 3 - 5) but they do cost a fee.

The current US States where Online Poker is considered 'illegal'
  • Illinois
  • Indiana
  • Louisiana
  • Michigan
  • Nevada
  • New Jersey
  • New York
  • Oregon
  • South Dakota
  • Washington
  • Wisconsin

Note: Maryland is also "No Mans Land" for almost any US-Facing Poker site due to States aggressive posture in closing down payment processors used by residents
