Isn't Lock VIP program only worth it if you rake like a ton playing? Otherwise rakeback is better for Lock?

Also new players can't sign up for intertops right?

If you can get to silver VIP (rake $750/month) then the VIP program starts to surpass rakeback.

No new US players can sign up for intertops.

How often can you do cash exchanges with the VIP program? I.e. do you need to collect enough points to trade in at the at rate? Or can you exchange any amount of points for the rate you're supposed to get?

You can trade any amount at the rate of $70 VIP per $1.

That seems to be the same rate that they have for all levels and it says only 25% rakeback for the silver level according to their website. Could you clarify further?

thanks in advance.

Silver VIP gets 25% daily cashback, ~10% from exchanging VIP points, 16%+ from the rakechase.

Rakeback gets 36% rakeback, ~5% from exchanging VIP points and 8%+ from botk because they earn VIP at half the rate.

Also, if you always keep a bonus to clear it adds ~40% RB at VIP program vs. ~20% if you're a RB player. One of the biggest reasons why I think it's better to stay on the VIP program even you only reach White VIP I think it might be better.

Yeah, great idea, run to a brand spanking new poker room. I mean, who are the people who started this room? What experience do they have running online poker rooms, especially those taking on the US Market? Please do not be surprised when your money disappears. Just my personal opinion but going to play here is not very smart unless you are a high risk individual with your money.

Anyone who runs to play here should obviously do so with the expectation that any money on account may no longer be there at any time. (well, just like the other sites, but even more so)

Maybe this is not a place for us to answer to this post but we will anyways. LTE actually open its doors in Feb 2012 and if you follow our thread you will realize that we have a good reputation. We are not in the business of taking anyones funds and disappearing after. In fact we promise to payout all players within a maximum of 3 days from Cashout request. If there is a longer delay than that then something might be wrong. We are here to stay and we will not mess around with anyones funds.

Players have less risk of getting funds confiscated on LTE Poker.

1: We do not process any credit card transactions from US players. We do not setup third party processors companies to collect players funds. When you deposit into LTE Poker it's basically Cash on Cash.

2: We never mix european funds with US players funds. All deposits from the US are kept segregated and is Guaranteed By CASH ON HAND.

3: High risk is using your personal credit card information to deposit into other poker sites. ( Yes there are alot of stories of people losing funds and getting Negative Balances for it.) But players take that risk because unfortunately there is no other options.

4:People run to new sites because they are tired of being sick and tired. They want a new secure place to play online poker. There are looking for fast deposits and even faster withdrawals. Not all poker players have enough cash flow to be able to wait 1 month for a check or 2 weeks for a WU withdrawal. They want there money quick , and LTE is here to provide that service.

5: Sure LTE has not be around for many years like the other sites and we are not looking to mimic or copy anyone else. We are very patient and we will let time settle in. Players will realize soon how efficient we are and what great benefits we can provide to them.

My advice is to STAY AWAY from Lock - full of house players - payouts are a joke

Mind clarifying that? You talking cash games or tournaments?

I've received one cashout from Lock via WU so far that took about 12 days back in June. Just put in for another one and expect to receive it by the end of the month or so. I haven't attempted a check cashout - I would think though perhaps cheaper, it's just best to not involve actual banks in the current climate and I don't mind the WU fee.

Last I heard WU cashouts are taking 3-4 weeks now. Is that incorrect?

^^ Well, end of the month, first week of November. I tried to keep the amount low, as if that would help...lol. I don't mind being optimistic about it, though.

You should be able to. I would go to the Carbon forum and PM the rep.

Yeah Ill have to do that... I obviously want to take advantage of everything I can e.g. the rakeback. Are they running any first time deposit bonuses or anything along those lines I can take advantage of?
