I have been playing on acr and do not like the games there. Everyone is playing the beast. I will cash at about $90 on the beast this month but every table has 4 out of 6 players the same. I am not a pro player. But it is all sets and flips at the cash games (card also fall alittle funny. pocket AA beat by quads 4 times in an hour the other night). My question is what site should i sign up on for great traffic (some fish). Brovada ot Lock????? Cash out delay is no big deal.

If cashouts aren't big deal then Lock bc of rakeback/VIP system, also u can play more tables. Games are softer on Bovada but limit you to 4 tables, they do run some decent promos.

I've been playing on betonline which from my understanding is on the chico network of poker sites, they are 4th highest in activity on pokerscout. I'm thinking of switching to Lock since they are on the revolution network and have a much larger playerbase but I hear cashouts take a really long time on lock.

Skillbet just doesn't seem like real poker to me. You're playing against bots against someone else that's playing against the same bots at a different table and getting the same cards that you are. How is that poker?

I have been looking for info about the prospects of playing online poker in Washington/Oregon. I will more than likely be moving to Portland and can basically live in WA or Ore. I have read some threads about what is happening in those states but most of the info is dated towards mid-late 2012. Can anyone steer me in the right direction as to what my best options would be for playing in either of these states? I know WA was basically the worst state to try to play online but I wonder if anyone has more info on this? I have accts on bovada, carbon, and lock and would be willing to play any of them if its feasible.

Thanks!

I deposited $300 last night at 9pm and still have no money in my account? This is my first deposit. Western union said it was picked up? Did lock take my money and run? Any help? Lock will not resond to my emails or let me chat with them they just say we are looking into it?

What are the best sites for US players since Black Friday? Also can people in Washington state play online? Seem to recall there is a state law against it. Does anyone know? Thanks

Don't play that often online and am not in Washington. Did do a cashout once when they were called Bodog and it was fast. They have much better customer service at Bovada I believe.

So it appears Merge network takes about 6-8 weeks to process a cashout to a US player. Are any of the other US player friendly sites any better?

Each has their positives and negatives, do your research before joining a site

All the sites need to stop allowing cheating with the use of Poker calculators(carbon)
PT/HM Stars etc. Except Bovada/Bodog or whatever. So in my opinion, the poker community is overrun by cheats. Bovada tries to somehow bring some integrity to the game by totally eliminating screen names. But that's just the opposite extreme of no prior information whatsoever. And they pay out.
The merge sites are the most playable, but removing rakeback was a bad move. The whole rakeback idea is just a waste of time and energy for players and site operators. They just need to make fair games and fair rake.
I think the revolution skins operates off cashiers. The software is shared I guess. So lock poker cashier is the one not paying apparently. But the other skins on revolution do not offer rakeback but have sportsbooks and own cashiers.
The winning network could be a player if they would get new promos fair rake.
So the best bets is merge if it can be trusted, or a revolution skin that doesn't offer rakeback with its own cashier. The rakeback is gonna be a thing of the past, because it just causes to much trouble for the sites. But 10 percent rake is just too high.

What is going to be the best way of depositing to a Merge site from the US? Feel free to PM me if this shouldn't be discussed in public. Thanks!

Because if it wasn't cheating, you wouldn't bother using it. If you get scammed by a player or a site, and you are cheating yourself, then that makes no sense to complain. It makes no sense to even ask why this is cheating. If Carbon Poker tells a player that the odds of making his flush are 36 percent. That's cheating by Carbon Poker. Especially when other merge skins don't have that tool. If the software is running statistical analysis during the game, you are cheating. I'm still willing to play against players using the software because I like to play anyways. If I was playing against bots I still think I could beat them. That's the whole point of the game.
