5. Allow players from Maine, USA.

I am having issues trying to research all these requirements so I would really appreciate if someone could recommend any sites.

No rakeback is offered at SBag or BOL. They do have a small VIP program that equates to low single digit rewards percentages depending on what you spend the points on (the Sunday Major is often the best to save up for).

SBag and BOL do hit all of those other requirements however.

Ignition Casino and Bovada would also meet, and fail, the same requirements.

America's Cardroom would meet all the requirements, however, their Mac client has been in beta testing for 2 years and doesn't score the best marks with users even after all that time.

Grand Poker meets all those requirements but has very very little traffic.

Not sure why you guys removed Ignition from the list of sites New Yorkers can join. Nothing has changed. They accept new registration and deposits from NY players but only via Bitcoin. Same with withdrawals.

Not sure they were removed, but now included for NY.

I haven't played online in nearly 5 years. What site would be the best choice for low-stakes NL cash games?

What state do you reside in? Do you want to use a HUD in games where most other regs will be using one?

Hello all,

New to this forum, but have been playing micro stakes online for a little while now.

I’m just curious as to where others that live in Massachusetts play online?

I live in Mass and play on Ignition and Bovada.

If you play anywhere else, do you recommend that site? And why?

Thank you!

None of the offshore sites restrict Massachusetts. As such, you can play on any of them.

Sites available to you include:

Winning Poker Network sites like America's Cardroom, Black Chip Poker, True Poker, Poker Host.

Chico Poker Network sites like SportsBetting.ag and BetOnline

Horizon Network sites like Intertops and Juicy Stakes

Grand Network sites like 5Dimes and VietBet

Independent crypto rooms like SWCPoker and Nitrogen Poker

All of them are legit and pay out in a timely manner.

Merge network is also available. Carbon skin is most popular. Small site, recreational friendly. Deposit/Withdrawal and Discussion threads are located on this forum. Also legit and pays out in a timely manner.

Merge used to only accept NY players from certain zip codes. Do you know what the current situation is? Do they accept all, none, or some when it comes to NY players here in 2018?

Thanks

You would have to e-mail them for your answers. I do know there are some NY folks on Merge. Whether they were grandfathered in or not, I don't know.

Cool. I'll contact them directly and inquire about it.

Thanks again.

My guess would be Juicy Stakes poker...

Seriously though, they do have soft games, but very few tournies. The two networks with the most tournament action are Winning Poker Network and Pai Wang Luo Network. Of the two, PWL has juicier games.

In third place there would be Chico Poker Network.

All the offshore sites operating in the USA accept players from Texas.

Why are you still recommending WPN to players? Wouldn't at least a disclaimer be called for?

Seems like he's asking, not recommending.

lol. Maybe we should start referring to "deposits" on WPN as "donations".

SBag is a skin on the Chico Poker Network, just like Bet Online is. Yes they are separate URLs/skins.

Both BOL and SBag are open to players from all 50 US states as well as all US territories.

You seem to be implying that WPN has payout issues. They do not.

I'm not implying anything in regards to payouts whatsoever. I'm referring to the fact that the site has been outted for nefarious practices and shady dealings. This is by no means news to you, you've participated heavily in the threads addressing such, and that you're still directing new players toward WPN is concerning. You're acting is if it's business as usual in regards to WPN and it most certainly isn't.

I'd say there were very negligent for sure with the late registration and bots. Nefarious practices and shady dealing seems like a stretch tho.

Is there any evidence that this has changed? Several of us have asked this recently and there is no answer. That's what's concerning about seeing new players still being directed to WPN by affiliates.

I still have money on that site. Not much, but I don't have to redeposit to play and I don't play there currently.
