It's hard for a non-lawyer to figure out, but apparently it does make internet gambling illegal, although if you could convince a judge/appeals court/Supreme Court of Wisconsin that Online Poker is not "dependent upon chance even though accompanied by some skill" you might have the law overturned by the judicial branch.

Poker Sites may still offer residents of States listed above the ability to play depending on their reading of the laws.

I was playing on Cake for a long time, that's obviously over... And I don't trust this Juicy Stakes crap.... Where should I move to? Where can I most easily sell my funds to ROW players?

New York specifically.

By law you can only play on Bovada or Merge now and I'm sure you don't want to play on a site where you don't know the opponents screename, so I would definitely go with the latter.

They have been unofficially certified as the fastest cashouts in US for several months now. They also have debit card which is very handy for withdrawals

Yeah ACR payouts have been reliably fast the past few months. The only thing lacking in their room is volume and software.

I think Intertops and Red Star Poker have cashout speeds that rival ACR. Also if you can get WU cashouts on Merge that's one of the fastest options too.

Just wondering what US friendly site has the most action with 18 and 45 man SNGs. I'm on lock now and it literally takes at least an hour for a 18 man to fill. Is carbon better for these?

Not really. You'll have better luck with the 45s/ 9 mans at Carbon. traffic for all SNGs up to $20 tends to Average a pathetic 100 players

Really? I thought that Merge had Revolution beat for SNG/MTT traffic but had less cash game traffic. I guess Merge is really falling behind now.

U.S. player planning on opening yet another poker acct. Good times, bad times, I have previously played on Lock, FTP, Absolute, Hollywood, Party Poker, Americas Cardroom and several others I can't recall right now. I was with Lock when they were with Merge and after they left, hate the software and traffic now.

Read some of the threads but they are lengthy ...Anyway does anybody have opinions about Carbon vs RPM? I know they are both on the merge network but I want to know about deposits and withdraws. Plan on opening online WU account to fund and probably use to withdraw also. Is WU the best way? Do I still have to send Carbon/RPM all my personal information to get a withdraw after funding with WU? Just want to get my funds on and cash out in a timely manner. I hate to jump through all the hoops again but I really want to play.

Oh, a friend mention betonline as an option...anybody?

Yes, you have to send them documentation

Carbon seems to be the slightly more popular destination these days (which may be important if you need to do P2P transfers in 2+2 Thread). In the last 60 days or so Carbon W/Ds are been the fastest since BF, and support is responsive. You have the option between 35% RB or if you are a big volume player, their VIP Program. If you want to Bonus Whore, you can join Carbon poker, Aced Poker and PDC Poker which are all owned by same entity, which also allows you to transfer money between all three. You just have to remember that Merge only allows one RB account per individual.

Someone else will have to help you with RPM if there is any actual difference between the two

Nah merge is still way ahead of revo for sng traffic. They did just remove the old structure super turbos a few days back so there was a bit of a dip due to that.

Mtt seems better on merge too but I don't really play 'em. Cash games is better on revo for sure.

I started out at bovada. Everything is cool except the weird bad beats.
Just signed up with Carbon ,just playing the funsteps and free rolls for know. so far so good.I will be depositing hopefully tonight if I can figure out the best method.Darn, why is online poker so complicated.
PS- I am killing it with funsteps on carbon,I hope this carry this over to real money games..

How is Carbon with freerolls and traffic? Im really not sure I want to put a decent chunk of money on any site. Id rather deposit very low or freeroll and work up to playing 100NL and 200NL.
