Pokerstars deposit horror story what should I do?

I made a visit to peru this month and decided to open a pokerstars account. I made 2 deposits using pagoeffectivo for $350 each (the daily limit). One of my deposits went through fine and the other one apparently failed. pokerstars has been completely unresponsive and has provided me no resolution. The bank claims they did everything correctly and pokerstars has my money. I have to leave the country in 3 days and am basically screwed. This is a warning to anyone and as of now my money is still missing and have gotten no help from pokerstars? Apologies if this is posted in the wrong place. Anyone with suggestions please share. Thank you in advance
