Auto-Rebuy when below 100 bb doesn't seem to work.
I'm not able to minimize the lobby.

if you hover your mouse cursor over the pot number it will show you how much of it is the splash. like this 10 + 2 and the 2 will be gold color (slpash part) the 10 will be white

Oh cheers for that, I figured I must've been missing something because I didn't even notice it the first one I got. All in all the site has potential for sure, but there's to many bugs for my liking at the moment playing for fun and not profit.

Really enjoyed playing on RIO today.

Software was stable, slick and smooth for me.

Splash pots are an awesome idea. After playing them whatever few doubts I had are gone and I can see that it's working.

One thing about the first deposit bonus.

Phil wrote a couple of days ago:

That's exactly what I'd like to do now. But making 10€/100€ deposit and losing 590€/500€ as deposit bonuses doesn't sound great.

Just checked that Stars allows you to make first deposit in three pieces. Could you please consider something like that? Make it at least in two pieces and I'll deposit first thing in the morning!

Wouldn't that be a reasonable compensation for all of those, who are trying to fulfill Phil's wish by increasing traffic with beta-client including all "the known issues"?

Just an honest 2c..

As someone that hasn't participated in the beta but has followed the progress for the past couple of years on here I must admit that the client/gameplay is wayyyy behind the level I expected it to be at. Just a few issues of note:

- The max bet button doesn't work for me.
- The cards are horrible to look at.
- The turn and river in all ins is ridiculously quick (although the flop is done well imo).
- If you manually click on the bet slider then press say 1/2 pot, it doesn't do anything.
- I changed my settings to change bet size by SB as opposed to BB yet the client either didn't remember this or it doesn't work.
- 4 tabling became very laggy and I have a computer that isn't terrible.
- Can't sit back in when sat out?
- Lobby freezes so I have to close the client and log back in.

As Bubo above mentions, disappointing that I have to miss out on 500 euros of a deposit bonus because I didn't want to stick 600e in off the bat.

I'm not trying to be overly negative, I will continue playing and I completely support the project you're on Phil. There are also plenty of good things about the client, I think I'm just a bit surprised as mentioned. Looking forward to SNGs being added.

To be perfectly honest, we intended to offer a better system than the one we launched with, one which would accomplish what you're hoping, but it wasn't ready in time and you were all waiting for us to launch!

So, unfortunately, it is a 1st deposit bonus only. I understand why you might want to hold off.

I have been having several crashes with the client.

Could you maybe remove the auto update until the client is stable enough? it sucks having to wait for updates when you just got disconnected.

I too was going to deposit 10 euros today and splash around to be supportive, even though I hardly ever play the games you currently offer, but decided to hold back after I researched the terms of the initial deposit bonus deal - I'm not going to blindly deposit several hundred euros at this stage, even though the bonus terms are good in the sense that it lasts as long as you want it to.

Even if you couldn't have had a staged deposit bonus, it would have been better if you had a one-shot bonus where you use a one-time code (e.g. DEPOSITBONUSPLZ) in the cashier. That way you could hold on until you were happy with the software and sure you wanted to put some volume in.

Is there any way to keep up with progress on our deposit bonus? How much we've raked/how much we need to rake to unlock the next one

What?? You ask us to deposit a small amount and help you out and you won;t even give us a fair 1st dep bonus after we have tested your site? You even acknowledge that people might not want to dep a big amount to start and rightfully so.

You should seriously reconsider your stance in my opinion regarding the 1st dep bonus. I think you should be able to deposit in stages up to 600 and that should be your bonus.

Your attitude already changing for the worst I see and you haven't even been live for 24 hours lol!
