The sites been live for a few hours, if you don't expect things like this to happen then maybe think again. Calm yourself down and get over it! Or if the money matters so much maybe don't play plo200 on a site that's been launched for a few hours. GL.

Good job on the deposit bonus not expiring (as long as you play a hand every 30 days)

Absolute lol at this. Youre playing on the beta version of a site on its first day launching to the public. Your comment is beyond petty

Will probably give it another go in the future when site is working properly. I don't play much poker anymore, gave it a go as per Phil's request to everyone and the software crashed. Not looking for compensation, Just highlighting the fact that the software crashed mid hand when you have a good hand is tilting. Similar to being dealt Aces in a misdeal.
RIO asked for comments on your experience and that was mine

I think avatars should stay with a neutal expression for longer than 10 hands, maybe at least 25-30 hands or so. Otherwise they meaninglessly switch around every hand, which is a bit annoying and distracting.

Least expensive method of depositng £ so I don't get stung on transfer costs?

Ofc, I understand the frustration. Apologies for the tone of my comment. I just thought it was a bit naive and dismissive to announce that you were instantly withdrawing your money off a site that has just launched and went down once.

Nah, As mentioned in the other thread, I am the stereotypical player that poker sites need. lots of dispensable income, big fish. I used to love poker, now, I play once every months or so, deposit maybe 1k, play for a night, get bumhunted to the point its not even fun, lose the 1k, dont bother reloading.

The changes Phil has made, in my opinion are genius and will attract people like me back.

- Splashpots
- Anonymous names
- No HUD
- No Chat

All brilliant.

These sites need fish like me to be back playing regularly again so I hope they do manage to sort the bugs etc and get MTTS and mixed games up and running.

Ill let all the pros who play every day go through the ups and downs of the software bugs though.

with explanation it makes sense, without it it looked more like an unreasonable troll comment.

I'd jump into mixed games instantly, but honestly they should build up more traffic first. And splashing pots for like six fixed limit games does not sound as much fun, too.

Another potential bug that has to be fixed.

When you are allin and lose, the "rebuy"/insufficient funds option at the bottom of the screen pops up before the river is dealt. Kind of kills the excitement a bit. Also, cards dealt WAY too quick.

As a Canadian I can't deposit with my Visa or through my bank. I'm thinking of grabbing a vanilla prepaid from a convenience store. This should work fine right?

If I were to win money how will I get it off the site? Will bank transfer withdrawal be an option? Traditionally have used: echeck, wire transfer or instadebit. Just curious if any of those will be available for withdrawal or maybe even deposit in the future...

Thanks guys. Hope this goes smoothly as possible.

Yes, same question here. E.g., if I deposit 200 EUR now, will the deposit bonus only ever be for those very first 200 EUR, or can I top up later and still be rewarded up to the maximum of EUR 600 bonus?

What is the tough part in understanding the term "first deposit bonus"?

You shouldn't run 'beta' software for real money imo. Guy is legit mad as there was basically money (equity) stolen from him.

You do not need to sign up through an affiliate to get rakeback. 51% rakeback is given through Splashed Pots for all players.

Out streamR program is also available where streamRs where you can earn up to 110% rakeback if you stream our tables.

Glad you like it, we didn't want players to have to worry about deadlines when it came to clearing the bonus

Both of these items are Known Issues and are being worked on

A vanilla prepaid card will probably work for depositing. We recommend that you set up either a Much Better or a Ecopayz account, both of these will allow you to deposit and withdraw from the site

The deposit bonus can only be applied to the first deposit that you make.

Love the software visually; love the splash pots; good experience 1-tabling with a mouse.

Tried some 4-tabling and that didn't go so well:

- Hotkeys not working at all
- New table popping up before action on current table completed
- Routinely seemed to be timing out before timer looked to have run down
- If I click on a sizing above the betslider, f.e. 1/2P, then click on the slider to incrementally adjust, then click 1/2P again, nothing happens.

Also in settings if you want to set a lot of hotkeys they disappear offscreen and it isn't possible to scroll to the hidden ones.

Also the piles of chips could be easier to 'read', f.e. the difference between a raise and a 3bet isn't always too discernible.

Tried the software just now, I'm not a fan...

Personally my eyesight is not the best, I have a 23 inch monitor and struggled to decipher the suits. I lost a pot thinking I had a flush, which is obviously my bad - but something I don't have happen on stars (I tried swapping decks but it wouldn't allow me too, also have the cards on a lean doesn't help with this which you can't disable). On top of that I had my client crash in the middle of a hand, which cost me close to a stack - although this might be a new site or server, having this happen is completely unacceptable and the main reason I won't be returning. I was only playing $10 Omaha, so it's not a huge loss, but that isn't the point here, if I was playing for $1,000 the same could happen.

The last concern I have is a bomb pot of even 3BB in omaha increases variance significantly, and promotes gambling (I like playing poker, I may not be good at it, but it's what I enjoy). Also unless your watching the whole time you have to work out what the bonus bomb pot is, which if you're a fun player like myself isn't what I want to do.
