How do you want to solve the problem of low traffic?

Maybe benefit table starters like unibet do?
I would also appreciate another 101% week.

Was going to deposit and play with the deposit bonus and 101% rakeback but each time ive been on the site nothing has been running above NL4. Do these games run often NL50/NL100 or even NL200?

It's a shame about the traffic, because if I could 4-table my preferred stake then I wouldn't play a single hand on PokerStars - or anywhere else. I don't know what they should do to increase traffic (besides giving out free money re: 101% promo). They might not have enough funds to market themselves to a broader audience. ¨

I'll try to start games when I can. I hope most of you guys are willing to give the site a second chance.

MTTs come to mind. And quite possibly, finally get rid of anon tables.

MTTs, yes of course.

When it comes to anon, no HUD, & STP instead of linear rakeback: These are decisions the site must have thought through carefully. I think they are on the right track when you think about what issues online poker will face in the upcoming years. You might not like these features personally, but I don't think you could point to any one of them for the lack of traffic.

I think the lack of traffic is down to 3 main reasons:
1) All the bugs at release that stayed there for way too long.
2) No tournaments as of yet.
3) No broad marketing efforts.

I am hopeful that RIO will grow up to be a contender once the tournaments are in place.

Hi JaNor,

We've had multiple internal discussions on potentially adding a table starter or similar promotion/added incentive. If and when we have an update, we'll make an announcement.

We're currently running a few new promotions that focus on attracting additional players to our games, more details can be found on our website. Moving forward, we'll continuously strive to offer new and improved promotions that bring extra value to our players.

Hi Wehitityesssss,

Thanks for taking an interest in our games and traffic. Traffic varies, but the most active time is generally from 18:00 - 01:00 CEST. Currently, we don't offer NL50, but NL100 or NL200 typically runs most nights. 3 players are required to start a table and once the first table opens at a specific stake, the stake typically stays running. We have a new promotion starting tomorrow night that should help games start as well, more information can be found on our website. We have a dedicated channel for starting games in our Discord server and it's helpful to post a message there when you're trying to start a game.

Hey Hvete,

We appreciate your help starting games and the continued support. As mentioned above, we have a few new promotions currently running and we'll continue to offer additional promos that bring extra value to all players.

A few days ago I received a €10 bonus to play. This was my first time played in RIO. I have a Mac and played a 110 hand session of €10 PLO. On average there were 5 players at muy table and didn´t ran into any issues. The client never crashed and I even sit out and sit back in a few times with no problems.

Q: There are no dinamic avatar on Mac? Because I could only see a text description of the player: "Tight Aggressive", "Tight Passive".

My experience on the site is very positive and I played because €10 gift, so I guess the promotion works to atract new players.

I will just say this. RIO is a new poker site, and for new things it takes time to be well know. Once the market start noticing it more and if the site keeps working hard to give a good product, it gains trust and traffic will come.

An idea, have you tought about offering bitcoin tables? I mean, why not, is the main cryptocurrency. It could be something apart from dollar tables and bank, but in the same room. (bank and tables for dollars, bank and tables for bitcoin). Just an idea.

Best wishes!

Hey SamueMX,

First off, welcome! Thanks for trying out our client, apologies for the missing avatars. Please visit our help centre and follow the steps for MacOs to resolve the mixing avatars. Thanks for sharing your feedback with us, we hope to see you back on the tables.

Hi Maroel,

Currently, we don't have any plans to offer bitcoin tables. However, we're working on adding cryptocurrencies as a deposit option. We do offer some payment options that allow players to fund those accounts with bitcoin and then make a deposit with that account on Run It Once Poker. If and when we have an update on crypto deposits, I'll announce it in this thread.

Thanks for responding.

I am trying the site now. One thing, it would be nice to put the option to show stacks, pots and bets in big blinds instead of money.

Nice software, gl!

Hey guys, another issue I found. I can't have not even 4 tables tiles on one screen without one being on top of the others, I can't change the size of them neither. Could you do something to fix it? I would like to have 6 tables full sizes on my big screen just as in the other sites, or at least 4.

Thanks in advanced and nice promotion the splash week!

Hey Manoel,

We've had a few requests to support a stack in BB feature. It's something that's on our radar, but at this time, we don't have an ETA. Resizable tables are a high-priority item for our dev team. We're making improvements and pushing to have resizable tables in the app as soon as possible.

Is there an ETA on anything? Resizable tables and SNGs/MTTs mainly. Are we talking days, weeks, months, years?

I’m a SNG player and I want to move some of my action to RIO but we were told in Feb that resizable tables were a few weeks away and now it’s July? What exactly is going on with the dev team...?

Diane are you a winner? If you are then you will not be welcome on any online poker site. It is recreational players only these days.

I couldnt play for the last week or so, because there is an issue with not seeing the holecards. Its apparent right after you get seated, if you cant see the full avatars but just the heads, you wont see any cards as well.

I have to agree about resizable tables, that is the most important feature for me.

About MTTs: Im not an MTT-Player, but i assume it could help to generate more traffic. Unibet has freerolls at a regular pace and they attract about 2-3x more players than the NL4 Cash Tables.

One rather special note: I am not a huge fan of the splash pots. For a good player it usually means that you fold every time, because people are going riot over it (especially medium-large splash pots), and this way you just avoid the insane variance. Its not worth it unless you have premium holdings.
Now i know it adds a new element to the game and thats fine, but it actually favors the shortstacks, who could theoretically jam ****ty hands and win overproportionaly large pots.

My suggestion: Cut out the large splash pots, and have 50% of rakeback be actually given to the players in large chunks while they are playing. Then there is a rule, that you have to at least play X amount of hands before you can leave the table with the added rakeback. This would help keeping tables together, and IMO it would be more fair with less variance.

You could still advertise splashpots, but they would be just small-medium size and less frequent.

Hi DianeAbbott,

Resizable tables have been a high-priority item since February when we launched our public beta. Although, I don't recall anyone estimating a fix in a few weeks. Unfortunately, it's taken longer to implement than we would have liked due to our primary focus being on improving stability. We've recently added in the ability to tile, stack and cascade our tables. As mentioned above, we're making strides and pushing to get resizable tables in our app as soon as possible.

As far as SNGs/MTTs go, we have some of our developers working towards adding SNGs, which will be the first major post-launch addition to Run It Once Poker. We'll provide more information accordingly.

Hi legendkiller,

I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing issues. Have you contacted our support team (support@runitonce.eu)? If no, could you please write to them? It would be beneficial to learn more details on this issue.

We appreciate your feedback related to Splash the Pot. We've received a tremendous amount of feedback related to STP and our rakeback system, we've been discussing possible changes and variations internally. If and when we implement any changes we'll make an announcement in this thread.

Hi Moonster,

As titicamara mentioned and others in our Discord server have mentioned, it sounds like HEM2 will not support our hand histories, but HEM3 will.

For now, if you'd like more information regarding how much you've raked, please, email support@runitonce.eu

That must suck. Ive never seen that in my sessions, but i did have similar problems when i couldnt see ANY Cards.

These kind of issues are pretty inexcusable. You are not going to build a player base like that. Some minor issues or crashes are to be expected, but oh my...
I mean compared to launch, its much more stable now, but perhaps RIO should really focus all their efforts now on fixing issues and adding resizable tables. Only then can you worry about visual improvements, Splash Pot Changes, MTTs, new limits and marketing ideas.

I want them to succeed and i´m playing on RIO from time to time eventhough i still face issues and crashes with the software regularly and eventhough NL4-games arent running all the time.
But i am a pretty patient person and i dont want to support either stars or partypoker atm (Unibet is an option but the players are f******* unpredictable, never seen anything like this before). Others might just quit the site after 1 Session
