As SleazyP84 mentioned, hand histories are now available for automatic downloads. Simply enable them in the settings menu and your hands that occurred 24-hours ago will automatically download on your next login. For past hand histories, please send an email to support@runitonce.eu

Non-STP hands imported as Pokerstars hands for me when importing into HM3 beta. STP hands came back as errors. Never tried it on HM2.

Hi insyder19, yes hand histories are available. We've tailored our HH to be fairly close to industry standards, but we've updated them to include Splash the Pot, which means they can't quite match our competitors. Now that we've got the format we intended to, hopefully, the trackers will support our hand histories.

Sad to see how many spam emails they have sent out over the last few weeks with different offers. The desperation off of them. I check the site and it looks the exact same as day 1. Getting RECs is easy but not if they do not do MTTs. These days your average fish (like me) can only stomach cash for so long before getting bored. Free rolls and mtts with nice prize pools is where you attract people.

When I was an affiliate back in the day we would have a $2000 private free roll every week which would attract literally 1000s of players, most just there for the free money. I'm sure the majority of that money went back into the cash/mtt economy which stimulated more play across the site.

I said it a year ago, and I still believe it now, RIU will not go anywhere as it stands.

Really hope Phil gets a new team of developers and investors asap to try salvage this site.

Also. Anyone remember when Everest poker launched? They had unlimited amounts of 10 player free sit and goes with 5c/3c/2c prizepools and every few minutes a free roll with $2 in prizes. You may laugh but I played these often when I was a broke teenager, ran up a few dollars in them before either donking or hitting a few 100 at the cash tables, rinse and repeat. Eventually I'd deposit to play some mtts. I miss those days 1000s of absolute noobs all rushing to join these tournys every second.

The Swedish license, it rates to happen only if seen profitable. The Swedes are not losing anything significant at this time.

It is a dangerous license if not followed exactly as many companies have had to pay a lot when they didn't follow the terms/rules. For example, the Swedes can be offered only the first deposit bonus and the rest (possibly including any promotions) are against the term.

Got a white page of death (the page is all white) from Skrill (and Neteller) for the first time in my life. The idea was to deposit to RIO but I can't now as I believe in Omens.

The management team has completely misunderstood the target audience from day one, and that sadly includes Phil himself.

Regardless of whose money was invested here, I'm sure they've burned through a lot of cash with little to show for it thus far.

They blew the "requirements" phase of this project about as badly as they possibly could.

The promotions are confusing in my opinion. Just go for big Rakeback nonstop until the site has resizeable tables, hand histories and so on. You also need to bring back regular tables or people simply won't play.

The playing experience counts for so much. That is why Stars dominates so much. It is just not there yet on RIO. Also, why have I not come across a single advertisement yet? surprising.

The incessant negativity on this board is very shortsighted. PokerStars' stated aim is to drive away the regs and make it near impossible to make a profit there. Even if you hate the site as of today, just keep in mind that RIOs success may be +EV for you even if you swear to never play a hand there. Let's give them some support.

There needs to be a rat-hole period. Having people double up and instantly re-sit for one buyin is not beneficial to anyone but the south-goer. Even a 10 minute timeout would be a lot whole lot better than now.

Hey Klinzmann, this was a close decision for us, but we ended up letting players sit back down with 100bb because since you can't select your table on RIO, it would lead to problems when the software tries to seat you at a table that you can no longer afford the buy-in for. IE, you left with 300bb, then joined a new table(s) lost some back at a new table(s), you'd no longer be able to sit at the table where you had 300bbs.

We're constantly observing our buy-in policy, and while rat-holing can occur, our 100 big blind buy-in policy does limit this issue as players are always playing for deep stacks. I've passed on your feedback to the appropriate team for further review.

Hi Nick, is it OK to use PlaceMint to arrange tables? It's freeware that's only used to make layouts, it doesn't interact with the client apart from resizing/moving tables.

was waiting for table resizing option, so opened the client to try it out today..

table minimum size is bigger than what i was expecting, can't play with this size. i play on laptop, four tables of stars, so have small space left to accommodate 1-2 RIOP tables, but with this size can't do that. needs to be smaller. also, client froze twice.

Please get a Danish license ❤️
