sorry mixed the post's, are you playing in the windows client? when ever I play in the internet browser version the option to use non cashable points isn't there either.

It seems weird if you can't use them if that's the case as it is a micro gaming perk along with the 30% RB not a skin specific thing.

I'm just wondering what Canadians are using to deposit and withdraw? I've been using wire transfer but get dinged 15$ by my bank + currency conversion.

Do any Canadian Visas work on MG ?

Does anyone have experience with the PokerTime skin?
Cashing out seems to be very difficult, not sure if they are incompetent or trying to avoid withdrawals.

My withdrawals keep getting denied multiple times despite support confirming that they should go through.

Communication is also very bad.

Thanks but I don't think that Betsson is available to Canadians.

There were some refunds while ago.

Hi!

Kindly be advised that in May did our Poker Integrity Team identify multiple accounts that were breaching against our terms and conditions. All of the involved accounts have been locked and their funds confiscated.

Since you have been playing against some of these account, you were refunded on 2016-06-17 for your suffered losses.

Just wanted to post a warning about the PokerTime skin:

Not only is the communication very poor and withdrawing takes multiple attempts.

If you haven't raked enough (they won't disclose the exact amount you have to rake) and try to withdraw you only get your initial deposit and all profits are forfeited!

There is no warning beforehand.

This happened to me despite support confirming on two occasions that I had raked enough to withdraw.

This "rule" is never mentioned in the TOS (at least not in ones I was made aware of by support after complaining about this issue).

I think this is quite clearly a scheme to avoid player withdrawals.

I've just started playing on StanJames - my poker balance is in $ but the games are in euro.

Are the currency conversions done fairly? Do you get stiffed if you use auto top up? I think it looks ok, but I just thought I'd check.

Is this the T&Cs that apply to your situation?:
Quote:
GENERAL TERMS:

2.4 When withdrawing, any winnings from tournament freerolls, no deposit-required free money sign-up offers or free spins given without a prior cash deposit being made, the withdrawal amount is capped at €100 or the equivalent value in your account currency, and the remaining cash balance will be forfeited.

2.5 If you withdraw an amount that is 5 times or greater than your lifetime deposits across all Fortune Lounge casinos, you will only be able to withdraw your winnings up to €5,000 per week or the equivalent value in your account currency. The remaining amount will be returned to your account until you are eligible for a further withdrawal. This clause will be applied at the discretion of the casino’s management. Wins from progressive games are exempt from this clause

I don't think so.
I received a 3.5€ (sounds like a troll but I guess it's $5) bonus on my 50€ deposit.

On the next day I tried to withdraw for the first time (the main reason for my deposit was to see if cash outs were quick enough to move my play there). This withdrawal was denied without explanation.

After playing a bit I roughly doubled my roll on the site.

I then wanted to withdraw again which was a huge pain in the ass, but after a lot of back and forth with support they confirmed to me that my withdrawal should go through without problems and that I have raked enough.

Once my withdrawal was accepted I only received 50€ and after messaging support I was informed that I forfeited my winnings because I had not raked enough.

Even if the TOS above (or some others they might have) cover this case I think it is still ridiculous that I was not warned beforehand and that support mislead me multiple times (be it willingly or by mistake).

If this is how they handle 100€ withdrawals I would rather not trust them with my bankroll.

On most sites support is very, very poor & can't be trusted - I only use email because then I have a record, but I think that site is mainly live chat.

If you were on more than one of their bonus schemes [first deposit bonus & some other bonus] it is possible you didn't clear the bonus as required on one of them or they have made a mistake. You should email them [if possible] & request the conditions that apply to your withdrawals - I doubt that it is a scam by them. A misunderstanding is more likely.

You speak German? Support chat was in German too?

Can anybody recommend the best way to spend non cashable points for someone who can't really play NL or tournaments for that matter only PLO?

I have 500 euro's worth but after struggling to find someone to flip them with I have come to the conclusion that I will have to play tournaments instead.

I was looking for all in shootouts so it's pure luck but the prizes are only tickets, is it just really just super turbo tournaments I should be looking at if I want the least skilled game to try and make some money from these points?

Thanks

You may be right idk but I'll mention that Betsafe support is top notch, like Stars level or better.

32Red is publicly listed, UKGC-licensed, been around for almost 15 years - so pretty legit choice in terms trustworthiness/reliability. Not aware of any customer issues.

Hello,

Was reading all the posts here. I am new to online games. I am playing PLO 5/10/25. and from Philippines. Can you help me choose the best skin for me? and what will be my better option for deposit/withdraw (fee).

Thank you

If you can register one of the big bookmakers (betvictor, stan james, nordicbet etc) then that one. And use aff to get instant top vip level that returns 30%. If you can use neteller / skrill then those don't have any fees imo.
