Poker Loco is giving me some very lousy cashout service atm. It bounced the 2nd time I made a manual cashout and now after 4 successful cashouts in between it appears to be bouncing again. It's been over a week now and there's no record from the bank my moneys coming into my branch here in Canada but Loco support which I have to wait up until 2am only on weeknights just to talk to swears that manual cashouts can take up to 10 days. Every cashout that was successful was there in literally 24 hrs but the one that failed took 2.5+ weeks to bounce back so they could resend it.
Poker Loco took absolutely no responsibility for it bouncing despite that they had to have typed in a wrong number at the cashout office and even originally admitted to this before determining through "internal investigation" that it was just a "technical issue" and they shouldn't have to be responsible so I therefore was not entitled to the lowliest amount of compensation I was requesting as recompense.
To make it even more suspicious I requested my cashout the following week now 2 weeks ago Tuesday and they failed to cash me out 3 nights in a row despite that they promised in support each and every one of those nights it would be completed 100%!
I honestly feel like they're not cashing my money out because they want me to play there and lose everything that I have behind I left myself and then go and ask for my cashout back to continue playing with it! I felt like this was highly possible the 2nd time I cashed out there as well!
A mistyped keystroke which leads to my cashout bouncing should absolutely NEVER HAPPEN! There should at the very least be a 2nd level of clearance through another employee verifying it was done correctly. However there is nothing which acts as any deterrent to them doing this. There is no amount of compensation that I am given. There is nothing that comes out of anyones paychecks. They just chalk it up to "human error" and move on. It is simple numbers I'm sure they can just copy and paste it and there is ZERO CHANCE of an error. They can just read it back 10x over and make absolutely sure. It is merely copying numbers that I'm forced to send them by email because cashouts options for Canadians are limited down to NOTHING OTHER THAN THE MANUAL CASHOUT WHICH THEY FAIL TO GET RIGHT!!
However in saying they have nothing to lose by screwing my cashout up they do have a lot to gain. They have the value of the cashout which they get to retain and later have me lose. They have the sum of my bankroll left behind I continue to play with which Im more likely to lose if Im tilting and stressed and pressured to make money due to my cashout not coming in for me. They have the value of money I'm pumping back on to the site if I do lose which could bust me completely and it all has the chance of becoming theres.
There is nothing preventing them from doing this so I'm writing this post as yet another testimony to lousy ass cashout practices from Poker Loco. What is the value of a site to a pro poker player if he cannot trust it reliably to access their own money on anyways?
If you read it this far thank you and think twice about playing on a site willing to do this and then cover it up and lie about it afterwards.
