Anyone on Titan Bet and suddenly today without warning my account and funds have been merged into Winner. No warning whatsoever

I was unable to log on the other day and the website was down saying it had gone down for maintenance.

Today it redirects to winner.co.uk, which after an account retrieval seems to have my account details and money. However I had to create a new username as my old one was taken (presumably by me!).

I havent got any email about this change, so was wondering if anyone else is experiencing the same thing?

Lost all my tickets, bonuses, VIP points and deposit bonus which I nearly unlocked another level on... grr.

Yes - when I went to the old site's url it gave the message, "For ten seconds only":

Titanbet and Winner have joined forces to create a winning Super Team.
You’ll still benefit from all the same great bonuses and benefits as before, just now under our new, more powerful Winner brand."

What did the new Support say when you asked if they will reinstate your tickets, etc?

Same thing happen to me, however I also received an email to tell me that I should now go to Winner and use the new password which would be sent to me. Of course I did not receive this password email and have emailed support twice with no reply after 24 hours. So it seems that Winner now have my balance and currently I have no way to access it.

This is so shoddy and poor customer service, no warnings or information, then no solution.

Which site is the preferred ipoker site as of now? I do have a bet365 account but never used it for poker. However, isn't it true you can't use a hud for bet365 poker? I also previously have a titan poker account but not sure if it got closed or not. I recall i was able to use a hud for it. The other one i heard is betfair. But is there any difference between playing any of those ipoker skins? Which is the best ones to play on?


The other thing is what software do you use for hotkeys? I use 888caption and partycaption for 888 and party. Which one works like that for ipoker?


Also i heard lot of issues of bots on ipoker. Does this apply mostly to cash games only or it also applies to tournaments and sngs? Also is the software still as bad as a while back? I recalled i stopped playing on titan poker a while back because the software kept lagging and it was basically unplayable that i said im not going to play on that site again because of the lag.

Don't think there are big differences witht the skins. Just pick a big bookmaker like bet365 and betfair you mentioned. Can allways ask for a rb from using the form here. Hud works for reg cash and mtts just fine. You can use ipokertools that's similar to 888c but atleast for me it made playing even worse. But there is a three trial to give it a go. And yeah cash has bots don't know about sng mtt.

Found this thread and I have a similar problem.

Been playing on Titanpoker from time to time and I always had autologin. After formatting my computer I couldnt login with what I'm pretty sure was the right password. Other passwords I'm using doesnt work either. I created the account many years ago and I dont even have access to the emailaccount anymore(dont know which email either). I tried to send a mail from the emailadress i'm using now but Ive only gotten one answer saying that they only respond to mails from registrered emailadresses.

Since that is not possible I tried to call them and I asked about every emailadress I could remember but its none of them according to support. I said that there has to be a way I could identify myself without having access to the email but he says it's not.

Could anyone point me in the direction of a vip-manager or similar for Titan so I stand any chance of getting this issue resolved?

I think theres a small chance I could have been hacked and they've managed to change everything but I cant know when they refuse to reply.

Can't log into Bet365 poker software since yesterday.
The log in pop up box appears blank white and literally nothing I can do with it.
Talked to support & they were the same as so many times before. Clueless & no help.
I tried it on my pc & 2 laptops & all has the same issue.
So I think it has to do something with my internet.

every single ipoker client i try crashes whenever a table closes.
tested ladbrokes, betfair and coral, all exactly the same error:
a tournament ends or i close any cashtable, and the software crashes.
tested without pt4, i ran as admin, tried java instead of flashplayer, reinstalled softwares and flashplayer, ran in multiple compability modes, reinstalled windows.
not sure what else i can try.

if i have old account in williamhill and titan and bet365, can i now open a brand new account at dafa (is dafa legit?) and how do i go about a rb deal? Thanks.

Dafa is legit. They sponsor various football teams in the UK. The poker skin itself caters mostly to the Asian market in regards to it's promos etc...but, offers the same games as any other i-poker skin and is open to players from a large number of countries from outside of Asia.

In terms of RB, not sure about this particular skin. Best to search online and see what you can find in regards to affiliates associated with the site, then sign up through one of them.

You can have an account on every i-poker skin if you so wish, as long as they accept players from your country (you can only be logged into and playing on one skin at any given time through).

What programs/sites can anyone recommend for modding the actual ipoker (coral) software like the table layouts, position of the players, color schemes etc? I used to use MinMaxMod when i played cash games but that doesn't seem to be around anymore

Ipokertools but when I used it with betfair it made the client crash even more. Even if it's allmost impossible. Minmaxmod was nuts though.

Nothing. And you can use ipokertools to just mod the tabels if you buy themes from sites like pokergraphics.eu.

But does that mean i would need to pay $20 or whatever for the skin but then also pay the subscription for ipokertools even though just using it to enable the mod? Thanks for the help

It does yeah. If you haven't used it you can take the free trial and you can make some tweaks with the itools without buying any commercial mods.

I've been using a vpn to log in & disabling it to play & withdraw since this issue has started. That was working fine, until now. Today I can't even log in using a vpn. same issue. Technical staff is clueless as always.

created an account on Winner Poker 2 days ago and deposited right away. Few minutes later i logged in again and saw my account disabled (while trying to change password i was told it is disabled and that i should contact support). I sent emails to 2 different emails they had on their sites and still didn't get an answer, also can't log in my account to speak with live support. Any suggestions what to do next?
